Abstract

Conservation and treatment process for animal feed forage, which describes the steps of: harvesting (Step 1), separation of fibers through liquid extraction (Step 2), hydrolysis (Step 3), depressurization (Step 4), liquid concentration through evaporation (Step 5A) or through ultra filtration/reverse osmosis (Step 5B), forage recomposing (Step 6), drying (Steps 7A and 7B) and stocking (Steps 8A and 8B); in one of the execution processes, as well as steps 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7B, the following steps, in sequence are provided: pelletization of the hydrolyzed fibers (Step 9), pelletization of the concentrated liquid (Step 10), stocking of the pelletized fibers (Step 11) and stocking of pelletized concentrated liquid (Step 12), the fuel comes from one boiler and is used to generate the heat employed in the hydrolysis steps, depressurization and liquid concentration, and the exhaustion gases from the boiler are used to generate the heat used in the drying step.
