Abstract

本発明に係る膨張黒鉛成形体は、少なくとも表層部に耐酸化性被覆層が形成されてなり、前記耐酸化性被覆層がホウ素元素とリン元素とを含有するものである。前記耐酸化性被覆層中のホウ素元素の含有率が1mass%以上であり、前記耐酸化性被覆層中のリン元素の含有率が0.1mass%以上であって、前記耐酸化性被覆層が0.5μm以上形成されている。
