Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système électronique permettant l'interaction entre un utilisateur spécifique et un fournisseur de services. Le système comprend plusieurs éléments. Un organe de réception (a) permet l'obtention d'information de l'utilisateur pour l'établissement d'un profil de cet utilisateur. Un organe de commande destiné au fournisseur de services lui permet de fournir et d'afficher une ou plusieurs réactions à l'entrée prise en charge par l'organe de réception (a). Une logique d'initialisation (c) permet d'établir une ou plusieurs règles administratives pour chaque type de réaction du système, ces règles administrative définissant, d'une part une concordance entre la réaction du système et le profil utilisateur correspondant, et d'autre part un résultat attendu en ferme d'action que l'utilisateur doit mener. Une logique de sélection (d) permet de sélectionner la règle administrative la plus appropriée pour l'utilisateur, en fonction de l'entrée prise en charge par l'organe de réception (a). Un module de surveillance (e) observe le comportement de l'utilisateur. Enfin, un organe de retour d'information (f) permet de mettre à jour les règles administratives pour tenir compte de l'écart entre le résultat attendu et le comportement constaté de l'utilisateur.
