Abstract

L'invention concerne des panneaux modulaires structuraux destinés à la construction, à la transformation et à l'aménagement d'une édification ou d'un immeuble quelconque et un système d'ancrages spécifique pour tout type de construction. L'invention concerne notamment des panneaux modulaires structuraux standards destinés à des parois pour l'extérieur et l'intérieur présentant une structure intérieure en bois (2) qui les rendent autoportantes, pouvant supporter le poids du plafond ou du hourdis supérieur (23) et notamment toutes les installations (9, 10), et présentant des finitions intérieures (18, 55, 56, 58) et extérieures (15, 33, 45, 51, 53, 54) de tout type. L'invention concerne également des panneaux modulaires d'engrenages pour toitures inclinées et planes présentant leurs panneaux de toiture. Les panneaux structuraux incorporent les ancrages spécifiques permettant l'adhésion au sol, au plafond et à des piliers en béton (27), en bois (16) et métalliques (49) destinés à la construction de toute sorte d'édifications. L'invention présente un système de construction innovateur à base de panneaux modulaires structuraux pour la conception de logements, de moyens de fermeture et toitures résolvant les problèmes de la construction traditionnelle.
