Abstract

L'invention concerne un terminal de communication portable (1) comprenant une partie de base (5), un écran d'affichage (6) situé sur cette partie de base (5), ainsi qu'une partie mobile (7) comprenant un clavier (8) permettant d'exécuter un premier ensemble de fonctions de ce terminal de communication portable (1). La partie mobile (7) est reliée à la partie de base (5) et elle est conçue de façon à pouvoir être déplacée par rapport à celle-ci, le déplacement étant limité entre une position fermée et une position ouverte. Cette partie mobile (7) est par ailleurs conçue pour recouvrir, en position fermée, au moins une partie de l'écran d'affichage (6), cet écran étant un écran tactile permettant d'exécuter un second ensemble de fonctions du terminal de communication portable (1). La partie mobile (7) peut être déplacée selon un mouvement de coulissement dans un plan sensiblement parallèle à l'écran d'affichage (6) et elle est conçue de telle sorte que lorsqu'elle est déplacée en direction de la position ouverte, la zone de l'écran d'affichage (6) recouverte par ladite partie mobile (7) diminue.
