Abstract

L'invention concerne des peptides et des polypeptides associés à la caspase-9 et capables de se fixer à un inhibiteur de protéine d'apoptose (IAP), ainsi qu'un mutant de caspase-9, qui ne subissent pas de traitement normal et ne se fixent pas à une IAP. L'invention concerne en outre des molécules d'acide nucléique, notamment des vecteurs d'expression, qui codent lesdits peptides et polypeptides. Lesdits peptides et polypeptides sont utilisés pour provoquer l'apoptose et identifier des inhibiteurs et des amplificateurs d'apoptose.
