Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'un polypeptide de fusion polypeptide dans des bactéries et sur son procédé de purification à partir des bactéries. Le procédé consiste à introduire dans les bactéries un produit de recombinaison d'expression codant le polypeptide de fusion qui comprend un peptide dérivé de TAT et une protéine d'intérêt. Le polypeptide dérivé de TAT sert au transport du polypeptide de fusion du cytoplasme bactérien au périplasme. Le polypeptide de fusion est ensuite purifié exclusivement à partir du périplasme bactérien.
