Abstract

Expressionskassette zur transgenen Expression von Nukleinsäuren in der embryonalen Epidermis und/oder der Blüte enthaltend den Promotor des My11 Gens aus Arabidopsis thaliane oder funktionelle Äquivalente oder äquivalente Fragmente desselben, die im wesentlichen die gleichen Promotoraktivität besitzen, wobei der Promotor funktionell mit einer transgen zu exprimierenden Nukleinsäuresequenz verknüpft ist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner von diesen Expressionskassette abgeleitete Vektoren. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner mit diesen Expressionskassette oder Vektoren transformierte transgene Pflanzen, davon abgeleitete Kulturen, Teile oder transgenes Vermehrungsgut, sowie die Verwendung derselben zur Herstellung von Nahrungs-, Futtermitteln, Saatgut, Pharmazeutika oder Feinchemikalien.
