Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de gestion thermique distribué destiné à des composants électroniques et comprenant un caloduc, une première pompe à chaleur en communication thermique avec l'extrémité d'un évaporateur de ce caloduc, ainsi qu'une seconde pompe à chaleur en communication thermique avec l'extrémité d'un condensateur dudit caloduc. La première pompe est conçue pour extraire la chaleur d'un composant électronique, la seconde pompe étant conçue pour distribuer cette chaleur vers un dissipateur thermique externe. Une unité de commande permet de commander le système de façon que le composant électronique, le caloduc et le dissipateur thermique fonctionnent respectivement à une température inférieure, égale et supérieure à la température ambiante. L'invention concerne également une plaque d'interface conçue pour refroidir une pluralité de composants électroniques au moyen d'un dissipateur thermique externe unique. Elle se rapporte en outre à une diode thermique située entre le dissipateur thermique et le(s) composant(s) électronique(s) et destinée à bloquer le flux inversé de chaleur.
