Description
Shoes Lace Clip
[TECHNICAL FIELD]
This invention is the shoes lace clip to be able to prevent the voluntarily unknotting state of shoes laces of the several kinds of shoes with shoes laces such as sports shoes, shoes, mountain-climbing boots, jogging shoes, military shoes, etc..
[TECHNICAL BACKGROUND]
The shoes tying up with laces are made not to be come off without leave during moving by fastemng the rear area of shoes after tightening the shoes to be mutually stick to the feet by pulling the both ends of shoes after wearing shoes. However, even though the shoes are tightened with laces, it often makes the occurrence the cases that the knots of shoes lace are loosen. It may cause the various problems that the game has to be stopped for the time being since the laces should be knotted again if the lace of player's sports shoes was unknotted during ball games, and the delay of time-record as much as the time for knotting lace may be caused if the running-shoes lace of medium . short distance runner or marathon runner who needs the reduction of time- record was unknotted during running, and the soldier may fall over a lace for the unfastened state due to the urgent situation if the shoes lace of soldier during being drilled or practicing tactics was unknotted. The shoes lace clip was made to be able to prevent the voluntarily unknotting state of shoes lace for the purpose of these problems.
[COMMENCEMENT OF THE INVENTION]
This invention is made to solve above-mentioned problems, and the object of this invention is to provide a shoes lace clip to fix the knotted area of shoes lace for preventing voluntary unknotting. This invention is made to prevent the knot's voluntary loosening by fixing to up and down after inserting the knot area of shoes lace into knot's receiving part of clip, and it is designed to previously prevent the unknotting state of the knot of shoes lace without leave as long as the knot of shoes lace is kept as the fixed state of the knot of shoes lace by shoes lace clip because the shoes lace clip has to be opened to cancel the fixed state. It's also made not to be lost by preventing the shoes lace clip coming out of shoes by fixing the shoes lace into the hook of down part. This invention is also designed to make advertising effect as well as decorating effect by displaying various figures such as letters, pictures, company marks and characters, etc. on the surface of upper part, and the rambling machine of upper part can display the several kinds of special effects as well as prevent the unknotting of shoes lace by installing the recorder for track runner and LED lamp, etc..
[BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS]
The followings are the detailed explanations by referring to the attached drawings. Fig. 1 is a total squint-view showing a structure of shoes lace clip by this device, and Fig. 2 is a structure-view of same profile-view. Fig. 5 is a front-view that shoes lace was fixed into the hook of down part. As shown by figures, this device is composed of one basic structure to be able to release the fixation of shoes lace clip by the control of the upper part(l) by forming the upper part(l) that several rolling machines(7) were projected to the down-direction at low-side and the down part(2) with the receiving part(8) of shoes lace knot in one body. The upper part(l) and down part (2) are composed of one body to be able to attach to the rear part(3), and the front part is structured to be opened and closed by controlling the upper part(l) by forming the knoll-holder at the outside wall of front-side of the upper part and forming the proper projection at the corresponding location with down part. As shown by Fig. 3, for fixing
the shoes lace, if the gripe-part(6) of shoes lace clip is lifted to the above as the operational manual presenting the opening state of shoes lace clip in Fig. 3 after pulling the shoes lace to the upper-part's first above-hole(12) inserting the shoes lace after inserting the shoes lace into the hook as the example shown by Fig. 5, the front part will be opened by that the knoll-holder of the upper-part and down-part comes out of the knoll of down-part. If the shoes lace is pulled out from the first above hole inserting shoes lace by inserting into the hook of down-part and is fell down to the upper part(l) and down part(2) by pressing gripe-part(6) after fastening shoes lace knot at the receiving part(8) of shoes lace, the shoes lace knot will be fixed by being blotted by the several rolling machines(7) projected to the below direction at the low part of inside of the upper part. On the other hand, because the knoll-holder(5) of the upper-part will be in the locked state by being blocked by the knoll(4) of the down part, the receiving part of shoes lace knot will continuously be in the locked state. Fig. 6 is an attempt to display the installation of shoes lace clip on shoes by this invention, and the shoes lace knot is finally fixed by shoes lace clip after shoes lace's tightening and fastening with putting shoes on.
[BEST EXECUTING CASE OF INVENTION]
As mentioned in the above, this invention is made not to be come off without leave by fixing to up and down after inserting the knot area of shoes lace into knot's receiving part of clip, and it is designed to previously prevent the unknotting state of the knot of shoes lace without leave as long as the knot of shoes lace is kept as the fixed state of the knot of shoes lace by shoes lace clip because the shoes lace clip has to be opened to cancel the fixed state. This invention is made for previously preventing lots of problems and completely solving those problems that the game has to be stopped for the time being since the laces should be knotted again if the lace of player's sports shoes was unknotted during ball games, and the delay of time-record as much as the time for knotting lace may be caused if the running-shoes lace of medium . short distance runner or marathon runner who needs the reduction of time-record was
unknotted during running, and the soldier may fall over a lace for the un-fastened state due to the urgent situation if the shoes lace of soldier during being drilled or practicing tactics was unknotted, and young kids or old persons or handicapped cannot tighten for themselves if their shoes laces are loosen.
[POSSIBILITIES FOR INDUSTRIAL USAGE]
USING METHOD
φ The shoes lace clip shall be attached to shoes by pulling shoes lace out of the first above hole threading the shoes lace of shoes by inserting and pulling shoes lace out in X type at the hook of down part of shoes lace clip after pulling shoes lace out of the first above hole threading the shoes lace of shoes. (D When the shoes lace clip is attached to shoes and the gripe part(6) of the shoes is lifted to the above, the front part is opened by that the knoll-holder of the upper part comes out of the knoll of the down part. (E) After making shoes tighten to be attached to the foot by pulling shoes lace out of the first above hole and threading the shoes lace knot at the receiving part(8) , if the upper part(l) is fallen down to the lower part(2) by pressing the gripe part(6), the shoes lace knot(9) shall be fixed by being pressed by the several rolling machines(7) projected to the downward at the lower side of the inside of the upper part(l).
Claims
1. It is made to prevent losing shoes lace clip from shoes by inserting shoes lace into the hook(10) of the lower part, by fixing or releasing the shoes lace knot held at the receiving part(8) of the shoes lace by opening and closing the front part through the press or lift the gripe part(6) of the upper part(l), by foπning the upper part that several rolling machines(7) at the lower side of the inner part were protruded to the downward and the lower part(2) with the receiving part(8) of the shoes lace knot to be one part to be able to attach by the hinge part(3) of the rear part and forming knoll holder(5) at the outside wall of the front side of the upper part(l) and forming suitable knoll(4) at the corresponding location of the lower part.
