  • the sealing ring 5 is torn. Then the bottle can be closed and opened as often as desired. If a need for holding the bottle arises, the band 9 can be taken off the lid by tearing the connecting part at the end 8 and unwinding the spirally wound band 6 up to the end 7, where it remains fixed to the lid 4.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un capuchon (4) de réceptacle (1), de préférence une bouteille, comprenant un goulot (2) et un collier (3) situé en-dessous du goulot (2). Ce capuchon (4) est monté sur le goulot (2) et, s'il y a lieu, fixé de façon étanche à l'aide d'une bague d'étanchéité (5). Ce capuchon comprend une bande (6) enroulée sur le manteau du capuchon (4), de préférence de façon spiralée. Cette bande (6) est fixée, à son extrémité (7) la plus proche du goulot (2), sur le capuchon (4), immédiatement au-dessus de la bague d'étanchéité (5), et fixée, à son autre extrémité (8), sur la partie supérieure du manteau du capuchon (4). Cette extrémité (8) se termine par une bague (9) fixée sur le manteau, sur l'extrémité du capuchon (4). La bague (9) comprend un cran (10) situé, de préférence, au point de contact avec l'extrémité (8) de la bande (6).
