Description

CLEANING GLOVE
The invention concerns a cleaning glove, usable particularly for domestic cleanings, that allows in a practical, reliable, efficient and ergonomic way to exploit the possibility of movement of the hand while carrying our cleaning and hygienisation operations of objects and ambients.
It is known that, at present, cleaning and hygienisation operations of domestic ambients and shops and offices are particularly important activities and require an always higher attention.
Just for exemplificative purposes, shop managers have to satisfy always more strict law requisites, with reference to the room cleaning.
At present, cleaning operations are carried out by electric household appliances, particularly aspirators and/or steam jet and/or liquid jet machines. Said machines are provided with sealed hoses for sucked or ejected fluid, at the end portion of which suitable tools, well known to those skilled in the art, are usually coupled, each of them satisfying a specific use. However, said tools have some drawbacks.
In fact, said tools are mainly destined to the cleaning of large surfaces, such as floors and glasses, thus being inconvenient and not efficient for the use on the irregularities of said surfaces, for example to clean corners and interspaces. Furthermore, said tools are destined to clean flat surfaces, thus not being efficient or even not applicable to clean and hygienise other surfaces and objects having reduced dimensions and/or a different morphology.
In this situation, it is included the solution suggested according to the present invention, that allows to solve all the above mentioned problems.
Thus, it is the object of the present invention that of providing a tool allowing to apply, in a convenient, reliable and efficient way, the aspirators and/or steam jet and/or liquid jet machines, also for the cleaning operations relevant to objects having a not flat or irregular morphology and/or reduced dimensions.
It is specific object of the present invention a cleaning glove, characterised in that it comprises at least one duct, coupled with the glove, said at least one duct being suitable to be coupled to a tube and/or communicating outside by one or more holes, said at least one duct being suitable to allow the suction from and/or the jet of fluids outside the holes.
Some embodiments of the cleaning glove according to the invention can provide that the ducts allow the outlet of steam and/or liquids, in combination or as alternative to the suction. In case of double suction and fluid outlet function, the glove could provide different holes, realised in different zones of the glove, and having only one of the two functions. Preferably, according to the invention, the clove is provided, in correspondence of at least one of said holes, with one or more valves, integral with the glove and communicating outside.
Always according to the invention, said glove can comprise at least two secondary ducts, sealing coupled with said at least one duct suitable to be coupled with a tube.
Still according to the invention, said secondary ducts can be coupled with the upper portion of the glove by strips, or they can be built-in the glove.
Always according to the invention, said at least one duct can be comprised of silicone-based material and/or other polymeric material.
Still according to the invention, the cleaning glove can be provided, in correspondence of said holes, with corresponding convogliamento concave zones.
Furthermore, according to the invention, the cleaning glove can also be provided with one or more projecting elements, comprised of polymeric and/or silicone based material.
Always according to the invention, the cleaning glove can be provided outside with at least a removable cloth.
Still according to the invention, the cleaning glove can be provided outside with one or more reinforcement layers, integral with the glove surface.
Preferably, according to the invention, the cleaning glove can be provided inside with a removable liner, comprised of washable fabric hypoallergenic. Further features and embodiments of the invention are described in the dependent claims. The present invention will be now described, for illustrative but not limitative purposes, according to its preferred embodiments, with particular reference to the figures of the enclosed drawings, wherein: figure 1 is a view of the upper part of a preferred embodiment of the cleaning glove according to the invention; and figure 2 is a view of the lower part of the cleaning glove of figure 1.
Making reference to both figures 1 and 2, it can be observed a preferred embodiment of the invention, providing a cleaning glove 1, within which an operator can introduce his/her right hand, comprised of water repellent fabric, preferably nylon, and provided inside with an removable liner, said liner being comprised of washable hypoallergenic fabric, preferably cotton.
Cleaning glove 1 provides a main suction duct 2, coupled outside to the part 3 of the glove 1 corresponding to the back of the wrist. Main duct 2 can be coupled with a hose 4, only the first part of which is shown in the figures, said hose being coupled at its other end to an aspirator, not shown. Coupling between main duct 2 and hose 4 can be realised by the standard coupling means employed to couple the standard cleaning tools to the aspirators machines.
Main duct 2 is sealing coupled with three secondary ducts 5, 6 and 7, coupled to the upper part of the glove 1 by suitable strips 8.
Each one of the three secondary ducts 5, 6 and 7, comprised of silicone based material and/or other flexible polymeric material, is provided, at the end opposite to the main duct 2, with a corresponding unidirectional valve, respectively indicated by reference numbers 9, 10 and 11 , integral with the glove 1.
Particularly, a first valve 9 is placed in correspondence of the base of the little finger 12 of the glove 1, a second valve 10 is placed in correspondence of the tip of the index finger 13 of the glove 1 , and a third valve 11 is placed in correspondence of the thumb 14 and the index finger
13, of the glove 1.
Valves communicate outside by corresponding holes 15, 16 and 17, provided in the lower part of the cleaning glove 1 , shown in figure ' 2. Obviously, valves and ducts are placed in such a way not to limit the space of the housings necessary to house the hand. In the suction zones in correspondence of the holes 15, 16 and 17, the glove 1 is provided with corresponding concave convogliamento zones 18, 19 and 20, in order to facilitate the suction of small sized bodies. Particularly, said concave zones 18, 19 and 20 are preferably comprised of soft plastic material, to allow their conformation to every surface with which they are in contact.
In correspondence of the fleshy part of the fingertips, cleaning glove 1 is provided with some projecting elements 21 , comprised of polymeric material, preferably silicone based material, that allow a more efficient abrasion of incrustations resistant to the suction on the surface to be hygienised.
In the zone corresponding to the palm, the glove 1 is also provided with a removable cloth 22, coupled to the glove surface by
Velcro® or adhesive. Particularly, cloth 22, comprised of antistatic fabric, allows the cleaning of delicate surfaces and the removal of small sized dusts.
In the zone outside the thumb 14 and in outer zone of the back, of the glove 1, that are the zone most subjected to wear, glove 1 is provided with corresponding reinforce layers, respectively indicated by reference numbers 23 and 24, integral with the glove surface, preferably comprised of nylon.
It is evident that the cleaning glove 1 shown in the figures can be also realised for a left hand.
The number and positioning of the holes can be different with respect to the one shown in the figures.
The use of the glove allows to exploit in a practical, reliable, efficient and ergonomic way the handling and motion possibilities of the hand while carrying out cleaning and hygienisation operation of objects, furniture and ambients, providing the suction capability of an aspirator, and/or the hygienisation capability of the steam jet and/or the washing capability of the liquid jet on the tips of the fingers and/or on other parts of the hand.
The above allows, employing the glove as a standard tool, to reach interspaces, splits, corners, and narrow spaces, that are difficult to reach by the standard tools usually provided with the cleaning machines.
The present invention has been described for illustrative but not limitative purposes, according to its preferred embodiments, but it is to be understood that modifications and/or changes can be introduced by those skilled in the art without departing from the relevant scope as defined in the enclosed claims.
