Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant la préparation d'échantillons biologiques pour une analyse d'ADN. Ce procédé consiste : a) à introduire l'échantillon dans un dispositif automatique, b) à mesurer la qualité de l'échantillon, c) à déterminer la quantité d'échantillon, d) à comparer la valeur de mesure à une valeur théorique, e) à modifier la concentration de l'échantillon, d'autant que la valeur de mesure s'écarte de la valeur théorique, f) à répéter les étapes c) à e) jusqu'à ce que ce que la valeur de mesure soit identique à la valeur théorique, puis g) à conduire l'échantillon normalisé à un traitement ultérieur. Le dispositif selon cette invention présente un degré d'automatisation élevé pour la préparation et/ou le conditionnement d'échantillons d'ADN.
