Definitions

  • the invention relates to a dispensing system for the removal of liquids, in particular beverages such as beer, from a container, in particular a keg, with a dispensing head for placement on a connecting piece, in particular a fitting, of the container, the dispensing head being an inlet opening for the supply of the liquid from the container and has an outlet opening for connection to a connecting line, via which the liquid can be fed to a tap or the like, in particular for the continuous removal of the liquid from the container, and the use of such a dispensing system for managing a beverage dispenser cellar.

  • Drinks, especially beer, are usually tapped in restaurants using dispensers such as kegs and freshly presented to the guest. After emptying, the kegs are returned to the brewery, cleaned there, refilled and transported back to the bar for serving. Due to their acquisition costs, they represent a relatively high intrinsic value for the beverage industry, but are depreciated almost immediately as a low-value asset due to 5 business rules. Some of the containers are also used improperly or are lost in some sales areas due to theft.
