This could prevent the ignition wave from being propagated. That is, it is likely that the ignition wave is extinguished. On the other hand, if porosity is too high, intensity becomes low so as not to be handled in the manufacturing steps.

Abstract

Dispositif et procédé servant à fabriquer une moelle artificielleporeuse en titane-nickel au moyen d'une technique de synthèse parrotation à chaud. Ce procédé consiste à sécher des poudres brutesde titane et de nickel sous vide, à mélanger ces poudres brutesséchées selon un rapport de 1 :1, à mouler les poudres mélangées dans un tube de quartz cylindrique avec ou sans compression, à effectuer la réaction des poudres mélangées et moulées dans un four de réaction au moyen d'une technique de synthèse par rotation à chaud, à refroidir les produits réactionnels de titane-nickel au moyen d'un réservoir contenant un liquide de refroidissement et à supprimer les impuretés de surface de ces produits de titane-nickel afin de les façonner dans la forme désirée.
