Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de distillation d'eau consistant à recycler toute la chaleur latente d'évaporation à vide dans la chambre à vide, à travers une paroi commune conduisant la chaleur. La chambre à vide est composée de deux chambres connectées par un compresseur d'air. L'une (2) des deux chambres contient une solution d'eau (5) soumise à un traitement préalable consistant à éliminer les gaz solubles, et l'autre chambre (1) est destinée à la récupération de l'eau distillée (6) obtenue de la condensation de la vapeur saturée. Après avoir effectué la mise à vide des deux chambres, l'équilibre vapeur-eau est établi à l'intérieur de la chambre. Le point d'ébullition de l'eau est à température ambiante. Le compresseur (3) réduit encore plus la pression dans la chambre (2) en poussant la vapeur saturée dans la chambre (1), générant une différence de pression de part et d'autre de la paroi commune à l'intérieur des deux chambres, ce qui provoque l'ébullition de la solution d'eau dans la chambre (2) et le refroidissement de la paroi (4) conduisant la chaleur. Dans la chambre (1), la pression augmente jusqu'à condensation de la vapeur au-dessus de la paroi commune refroidie, et l'eau distillée est récupérée à l'intérieur de la chambre (1). La chaleur latente d'évaporation de l'eau provenant de la vapeur saturée en condensation est transférée à travers la paroi commune conduisant la chaleur vers l'eau en ébullition.
