Abstract

Armature pour une courroie de caoutchouc en V et matière constituant ladite armature. Cette armature possède une structure en lamelles et est constituée de polyester, de nylon ou de bandes d'acier, etc. La structure en lamelles augmente la rigidité transversale de la courroie et la puissance de transmission. En outre, la force de cisaillement entre deux lamelles adjacentes est évitée, ce qui prolonge la durée de vie de la courroie. Ladite structure en lamelles permet de simplifier le processus de fabrication de la courroie et d'en réduire le coût. Elle présente en outre une plus faible élasticité à la traction, ce qui permet d'éviter l'ajustement fréquent de la courroie en forme de V lors de l'utilisation.
