技术领域

背景技术
一种与本发明相关的类型的产品是所谓的金属丝网垫(wiredmat),该金属丝网垫通常用于例如煮器、通风管道、大直径管件和其它工业装置的隔热装置。
由于金属丝网垫的柔性,即使待绝缘产品的表面为非平面,诸如弯曲、成角度等,金属丝网垫也可易于适应于该表面。
一般而言,金属丝网垫包括通常为矿棉的隔热材料制成的柔性垫或织网,所述矿棉例如为玻璃棉或石棉,所述柔性垫的一面上安装有金属丝网制成的柔性贴面。丝网通常借助于多根金属线缝合到垫上,所述多根金属线贯穿丝网中的一些开口并且进入且通过隔热材料垫。WO 93/21061示出了这种金属丝网垫的实例。可在专利文献以及市场上找到来自各个矿棉热隔热产品制造商的金属丝网垫的若干其它实例。在使用时,金属丝网垫的不设置有金属丝网的侧面布置为紧靠在装置的需要隔热的表面上。
尽管在工业中将金属丝网垫用于工业装置的隔热装置已经有几十年的时间,但对于更好的隔热装置的日益增长的需求促使发明人对这些种类的产品做出改进。现有技术隔热产品的一个问题是,从产品的一侧延伸到另一侧的元件(例如在常规金属丝网垫的情况下为金属线)形成了将来自被隔热装置的热引导到装置外侧的热桥。因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种在开始段落中所提到的类型的隔热产品,所述隔热产品具有比迄今已知的产品更好的隔热特性。
发明内容
通过设置如权利要求1的特征部分所提供的隔热产品并且利用权利要求11中的方法来实现该目的。
通过将柔性隔热覆盖层固定到与贴面相对的芯层上,可以确保:当安装隔热产品时,延伸穿过贴面和芯层但是不延伸穿过隔热覆盖层的元件不接触被隔热装置的灼热表面,由此大大减少了通过这些热桥的热损耗。
柔性隔热芯层优选地具有在50℃时小于60mW/m.K、更优选地小于50mW/m.K并且最优选地小于40mW/m.K的导热率(λ值)。通常,柔性隔热芯层的导热率不小于25mW/m.K或30mW/m.K。
在优选的实施例中,柔性隔热芯层包括矿棉。诸如玻璃棉、石棉或渣棉的矿棉在长时间内证明了其作为隔热材料的价值。通常,通过使矿物熔融物纤维化来制成矿棉,或者通过内离心处理(通常用于玻璃棉)或者通过外离心处理(通常用于石棉和渣棉)来制成矿棉。通常施加粘合剂来确保矿棉中纤维的结合性,从而获得粘结的产品。取决于产品的最终用途,粘合剂可以为有机的或无机的。还可以施加其它物质,例如,用于减少起尘和/或用于使产品防水的油。如果成品被分类为防火产品或者如果成品要用作灼热表面的隔热物,则产品中的有机材料(粘合剂、油等)的含量必须低。结果,这种产品的结合性降低,通常应用诸如针刺或缝合的其它方式来确保产品的结合性和易处理性。具体而言,公知的是,借助于延伸穿过矿棉层的金属线将金属丝网和/或铝箔和/或纸张缝合到矿棉产品的表面上。
在矿棉产品的制造过程中,矿棉可经过长度和/或高度压缩和/或打裥和/或任何其它对矿物纤维的重组处理,以使成品达到与密度、硬度、压缩度和张紧强度等有关的特定特性。矿棉芯层优选地具有20kg/m3以上或甚至40kg/m3以上的密度,诸如60kg/m3以上或甚至80kg/m3以上。所述密度通常在180kg/m3以下或甚至160kg/m3以下,诸如120kg/m3以下,或者甚至100kg/m3以下。

柔性隔热覆盖层可由诸如矿棉等任何常规隔热材料制成,但是在优选实施例中,隔热覆盖层包括气凝胶。
当在本说明书中使用术语气凝胶时,意在覆盖不同种类的干凝胶产品,公知地称为气凝胶、干凝胶和冻凝胶。由于这些产品的极大的表面积、高孔隙度和相对大的孔隙容积,已知这些产品具有优良的隔热特性。通过使可流动溶胶-凝胶溶液成凝胶状并且然后以不破坏凝胶的孔隙的方式从凝胶中去除液体来制造这些产品。

通常,气凝胶基于含硅溶胶-凝胶溶液,但是适当的气凝胶还可基于适合于溶胶-凝胶技术的铝或其它金属氧化物。如果不涉及到防火问题或高温,气凝胶还可以由有机前体制成,诸如间苯二酚甲醛、蜜胺甲醛、聚酰亚胺、聚氨基甲酸乙酯、聚异氰脲酸酯和各种不饱和烃材料。
气凝胶可以其纯净物的形式使用,但是由于纯气凝胶产品(包括干凝胶和冷冻剂产品)是易碎的且易于开裂,因此纯气凝胶产品难以处理并且可能使本发明的柔性隔热产品太硬。因此,在一个实施例中,气凝胶被包含作为包括有机纤维和/或无机纤维的纤维基体中的颗粒。术语“气凝胶颗粒”指的是为单块颗粒或者包括较小单块颗粒的颗粒,所述较小单块颗粒通过适当的粘合剂接合和/或被压缩以形成较大的气凝胶颗粒。气凝胶颗粒的平均直径通常在1cm以下和2mm以上,优选地在5mm以上。计算平均直径作为重量平均值。

在优选的实施例中,与气凝胶结合使用的纤维是为产品提供良好防火特性的矿物纤维,优选地为石纤维。优选地,隔热覆盖层包含至少20wt.%的气凝胶,更优选地至少50wt.%,甚至更优选地至少80wt.%,诸如达到90wt.%或者甚至达到98wt.%。
通常,包含气凝胶的隔热覆盖层能够承受的温度比例如矿棉更高。因此,与在例如矿棉产品的情况下相比,在隔热覆盖层中使用气凝胶提供了能够与在更高的温度下运行的装置结合使用的隔热产品。
隔热覆盖层优选地通过粘结剂固定至芯层。因此,避免将可作为热桥的任何机械部件用于隔热产品中。
在优选实施例中,粘结剂为无机粘结剂。通常,无机粘结剂能够承受高温并且不具有有机化合物,因此无机粘结剂不会对成品的防火特性有负面影响。无机粘结剂可基于水玻璃或任何其它适合的无机物质。
在一个实施例中,柔性隔热芯层包括包含矿棉的第一芯层和包含气凝胶的第二芯层,并且隔热覆盖层固定至包含气凝胶的第二芯层。通过使得优选等同的两个包含气凝胶的层朝向彼此,易于找到在两个层之间粘合良好的粘结剂。
将贴面与柔性隔热芯层连接的多个元件优选地包括延伸穿过贴面和隔热芯层的一根或多根金属线。还已知的是,可通过使用金属线缝合矿棉垫来获得与结合性和易处理性相关的良好产品质量。
贴面优选地为金属丝网,但是还可以为箔或片材,例如铝箔或纸张。在后者的情况下,可使用玻璃纤维来加强箔或片材。因此,当在本说明书中使用时术语“贴面”意在表示能够附接至隔热芯层的表面的任何闭合的、有孔的或敞开的片材,包括上文所提到的那些材料和能够像片材一样处理的任何其它贴面材料。贴面在其能够弯曲的意义上是柔性的,从而成品还可适应于非平面形表面。当与隔热芯层或隔热覆盖层相关联地使用时,术语“柔性”的这个定义也是有效的。
根据本发明的制造隔热产品的方法包括下列步骤:
-提供具有第一侧面和第二侧面的柔性隔热芯层,
-提供贴面,
-通过多个元件将所述贴面连接至所述隔热芯层的所述第一侧面,所述多个元件从所述贴面延伸到所述隔热芯层的所述第二侧面,
-提供柔性隔热覆盖层,
-将所述隔热覆盖层固定至所述隔热芯层的所述第二侧面。
该方法的结果是这样一种产品:将所述贴面固定至产品表面且提高产品的结合性的元件不完全延伸穿过产品的厚度,因此不形成通过产品的热桥。
将贴面连接至隔热芯层的元件优选地包括一根或多根线,该一根或多根线缝合穿过所述贴面和隔热芯层。
在优选实施例中,通过向隔热覆盖层和隔热芯层之间的界面施加粘结剂而将隔热覆盖层固定至隔热芯层。通过这种方式,隔热覆盖层构成了均匀隔热层,在使用时,均匀隔热层表现为在被隔热装置和产品的隔热芯层之间没有热桥。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的柔性隔热产品1的第一实施例。由于产品1在柔性隔热芯层4的第一侧面3上设有柔性金属丝网2,因此产品1为所谓的金属丝网垫。在该第一实施例中,隔热芯层4包括两层,即,包含矿棉的第一芯层5和包含柔性气凝胶基体合成物(优选地包含由矿物纤维加强的气凝胶)的第二芯层6加强。第一芯层5和第二芯层6借助于多根金属线7相互连接到丝网2上,所述金属线7缝合穿过丝网2以及第一芯层5和第二芯层6。柔性隔热覆盖层8借助于分别良好地粘合到第二芯层6和隔热覆盖层8上的无机粘结剂固定到隔热芯层4的第二侧面9上(即第二芯层6的底面)上。
在图1中所示的实施例中,柔性隔热覆盖层8由与第二芯层6相同的材料,即气凝胶基体合成物(优选地包含由矿物纤维加强的气凝胶)制成。通过为隔热覆盖层8和第二芯层6使用相同的材料,可以选择与这两个层均良好地粘合的粘结剂。
图2示出了图1中所示的产品1的剖面。在图2中,清楚地示出了将金属丝网2、第一芯层5和第二芯层6相互连接的金属线7如何不延伸到产品1的底面10(即,隔热覆盖层8的最下方的侧面)。在使用时,即,当隔热产品应用到煮器、管件、通风管道或其它装置的表面上时,底面10将被布置为紧靠在所述表面上,并且由于隔热覆盖层,在被隔热装置的表面与延伸穿过芯层4和金属丝网2的金属线之间不存在直接接触。
图3示出了根据本发明的柔性隔热产品1的另一实施例。注意的是,尽管可能在结构和/或材料上有所不同,对于与图1和图2中相同的部分将使用相同的附图标记。
图1、图2和图3中所示的实施例之间的主要差别在于,图3中所示的实施例中的柔性隔热芯层4仅包含一层隔热材料。该隔热芯层4可以例如由矿棉或气凝胶基体合成物或这些材料的混合物制成。根据本发明,柔性隔热覆盖层借助于例如无机粘结剂粘合到隔热芯层的第二侧面9上。
Claims (14)
1.一种柔性隔热产品(1),包括:
-柔性隔热芯层(4),其具有第一侧面(3)和第二侧面(9),以及
-柔性贴面(2),其通过多个元件(7)连接至所述隔热芯层(4)的所述第一侧面(3),所述多个元件(7)从所述贴面(2)延伸到所述隔热芯层(4)的所述第二侧面(9),
其特征在于,所述隔热产品(1)还包括柔性隔热覆盖层(8),所述柔性隔热覆盖层(8)固定至所述隔热芯层(4)的所述第二侧面(9)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热产品,其特征在于,所述隔热芯层(4)包含矿棉。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的隔热产品,其特征在于,所述隔热覆盖层(8)包含气凝胶。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的隔热产品,其特征在于,所述隔热覆盖层(8)通过粘结剂固定至所述隔热芯层(4)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的隔热产品,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为无机粘结剂。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的隔热产品,其特征在于,所述隔热芯层(4)包括:包含矿棉的第一芯层(5)和包含气凝胶的第二芯层(6),并且所述隔热覆盖层(8)固定至所述第二芯层(6)。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的隔热产品,其特征在于,将所述贴面(2)与所述隔热芯层(4)相连的所述多个元件(7)包括延伸穿过所述贴面(2)和所述隔热芯层(4)的一根或多根金属线。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的隔热产品,其特征在于,所述贴面(2)为金属丝网。
9.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的隔热产品,其特征在于,所述贴面(2)为箔或片材,诸如铝箔或纸张。
10.根据权利要求9所述的隔热产品,其特征在于,所述箔或片材由玻璃纤维加强。
11.一种制造柔性隔热产品(1)的方法,包括下列步骤:
-提供具有第一侧面(3)和第二侧面(9)的柔性隔热芯层(4),
-提供柔性贴面(2),
-通过多个元件(7)将所述贴面(2)连接至所述热隔热芯层(4)的所述第一侧面(3),所述多个元件(7)从所述贴面(2)延伸到所述隔热芯层(4)的所述第二侧面(9),
-提供柔性隔热覆盖层(8),
-将所述隔热覆盖层(8)固定至所述隔热芯层(4)的所述第二侧面(9)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,通过将一根或多根线缝合穿过所述贴面(2)和所述隔热芯层(4)而将所述贴面(2)连接至所述隔热芯层(4)。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其中,通过将粘结剂施加到所述隔热覆盖层(8)和所述隔热芯层(4)之间的界面上而将所述隔热覆盖层(8)固定至所述隔热芯层(4)。
14.根据权利要求11-13中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述隔热产品(1)包括权利要求1-10中所提到的任一材料。
