Abstract

Le dispositif d'inspection de tissu objet de la présente invention comporte au moins une caméra (416A à 416X) qui capte une image d'une partie du tissu en cours de défilement, et émet un signal représentatif de l'image captée. Il comporte, en outre, un moyen de traitement (604, 605, 606) qui traite: une première fois chaque signal représentatif d'image, et évalue la présence de défauts dans la partie du tissu représentée par ledit signal et, pour chaque défaut dont la présence est ainsi évaluée comme probable, au moins un deuxième signal représentatif du tissu pour confirmer la présence dudit défaut.
