Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé qui permet de fabriquer des éléments de construction, notamment des panneaux muraux et des mélanges, selon lequel on utilise comme liant un mélange, traité par la chaleur, de résidus de combustion, de substances aqueuses et de CaO. L'invention a pour but de fabriquer des éléments de construction et/ou des mélanges légers et stables que l'on puisse utiliser de diverses manières pour les travaux de finition intérieurs et extérieurs, et qui soient constitués presque uniquement de résidus et fabriqués à faible coût. A cet effet, on mélange ce liant avec des moussants connus, avec des granulés moussés de verre perdu recyclé ou avec d'autres matériaux poreux similaires et de l'eau, puis éventuellement on le presse dans des moules et on le fait durcir.
