Abstract

Tirant d'ancrage pour la construction, en particulier tirant de roche à la résine. Ledit tirant comporte une tige d'ancrage (10) constituée d'un composite polymère et possédant au niveau de sa tête un filetage en dents de scie (12), destinée à recevoir un écrou de pression (16) pouvant être appuyé contre une plaque (14) de pression, ledit écrou étant vissé sur le filetage (12) de la tige d'ancrage. Pour garantir une fabrication particulièrement efficace sans perte de résistance à la rupture par traction, le composite polymère de la tige d'ancrage (10) comporte une pluralité de fibres de renforcement (18) qui s'étendent sur toute la longueur de la tige d'ancrage, sont intégrées dans une matrice de liant (20) constituée d'une matière synthétique thermoplastique et ne sont pas interrompues dans la zone du filetage. Ledit filetage (12) peut être formé sans copeaux dans la tige d'ancrage (10) à l'aide de la pression et de la chaleur.
