Abstract
Description
Das Gläserne Einschleifende Segment The glass grinding segment
The technical solution relates to a glass grinding segment, especially for the final preparation of the plastic surface and the surface of the majority of natural materials, through a glass plate with a rough surface.
Der bisherige Stand der TechnikThe current state of the art
So far, grinding sections made of special steels or the so-called emery stones with various types of surface have been used for surface processing operations, especially of plastics and the majority of natural materials. In the final preparation of the surface of the plastics and the majority of the natural materials by means of these grinding-in segments, however, their grinding surface clogs relatively early and these grinding-in elements devalue in such a way that they are necessary for new replacements. Your subsequent cleaning is very stressful and sometimes practically impossible. All of this results in an excessive extension of the surface processing process and the financial costs for this classic technology are relatively high.
Das Wesen der technischen LösungThe essence of the technical solution
The shortcomings mentioned are eliminated to a significant extent by the glass grinding segment for finishing the plastic surface and the majority of the natural materials. This is designed by a glass plate with a rough protruding surface according to this technical solution. Its essence is that the substantially smooth surface of the glass plate is first etched, then hardened afterwards and finally chemically hardened, creating an effective grinding surface. The glass grinding segment according to this technical solution enables a relatively easier and more effective surface treatment of the plastics and the majority of the natural materials.
Thanks to the fact that the grinding segment is made of glass material, it can be cleaned continuously without major problems, for example with a stream of water, without the risk of rusting, as is the case with the grinding segments made from special steels.
It seems very effective to increase the abrasive surface roughness appropriately from 0.1 µm to 9.9 µm and from 100, 1 µm to 500 µm from the center of the glass plate in the direction towards its outer circumference, because such roughness control of the abrading segment is based universal use. Of course, another way of controlling the roughness of the different roughness of the grinding surface is not excluded.
Die Übersicht der Bilder auf der ZeichnungThe overview of the pictures on the drawing
The technical solution is explained in more detail with the help of the drawing, on which Figure 1 shows the technical solution, a glass plate with the surface that has become rough, Figure 2 then shows a glass plate with the surface that has become rough in the floor plan with the description of the possible shapes introduces.
The glass grinding-in segment according to FIG. 1 is composed of the glass plate 1, the minimal of which is provided with a base 2 with a roughness 3 ranging from 0.1 to 9.9 μm and from 100.1 μm to 500 μm. Figure 2 shows possible shapes of the glass grinding segment, namely in a glass plate 1 in the form of a circle 4, a belt 5, a sector 6.
