Abstract

Selon l'invention, pour nettoyer des hottes aspirantes, il est prévu de pulvériser l'intérieur (5) de la hotte aspirante concernée, y compris la paroi arrière d'un extracteur par impact (3), à des intervalles donnés, avec de l'eau de nettoyage, au moyen d'un dispositif de pulvérisation (13). L'eau de nettoyage est soutirée d'un bassin collecteur (14) situé au fond de l'espace intérieur (5).
