Abstract

Procédé de bouchonnage utilisant la capsule (10) selon la revendication 1 1 et le récipient selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que a) ladite capsule est amenée au regard de la tête dudit récipient puis l'ensemble est soumis à un effort d'enfoncement axial relatif de l'un vers l'autre, de telle sorte que ladite jupe d'étanchéité ( 14) est introduite dans ledit goulot (3) jusqu'à ce qu'au moins une lame axiale (12a, 12b) bute contre ladite nervure annulaire discontinue (4, 4a, 4b) . b) La capsule, toujours soumise à un léger effort d'appui axial en direction du récipient, est soumise à une rotation relative par rapport au goulot du récipient jusqu'à ce que la clef constituée par la (ou les) lame(s) axiale(s) (12a, 12b) puisse(nt) entrer dans la serrure constituée par I' (les) intervalle(s) (9a, 9b) de la nervure annulaire discontinue (4, 4a, 4b). c) Une fois ladite clef engagée dans ladite serrure, la capsule (10), toujours soumise à l'effort d'enfoncement axial relatif, suit un mouvement de translation axiale jusqu'à immobilisation et fixation sensiblement irréversible, tout en ayant la possibilité de tourner autour de l'axe de la jupe d'étanchéité, la rotation étant guidée par le contact évolutif entre l'épaule inclinée et la partie interne de la jupe externe (13) de la base (1 1 ) de la capsule ( 10) et le positionnement final étant obtenu par la mise en coïncidence du contour de l'extrémité ouverte (21 ) de la jupe externe (13) et du contour frontière du récipient, ces derniers ne présentant pas de symétrie de révolution autour respectivement de l'axe de la jupe d'étanchéité ( 14) et de l'axe du goulot (3). 20.
