Abstract

The invention relates to a key system for clarinets according to which the index fingers no longer have to play laterally positioned keys. Said keys are replaced with other keys and rods which make it possible to play the corresponding notes using the central ring-shaped main keys. The resulting new positions for the three highest notes of the lowest register support a further reduction in the number of keys, including for the little fingers.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Klappensystem für Klarinetten, das nachfolgend beschrieben wird. Bei allen Klarinetten sind, wie in Fig. 1 zu sehen ist, seitliche Klappen 2a, 2b, la, 7b, 7c, Id angebracht, die vom rechten oder linken Zeigefinger nicht mit dem Fingerballen, sondern mit dem zweiten oder dritten Fingerglied bedient werden. Der Nachteil im Bedienen dieser Klappen im Wechselspiel mit anderen Klappen liegt in den erforderlichen Dreh- und Kippbewegungen der Zeigefinger, die vom Bewegungsablauf her naturgemäß nicht so einfach und schnell durchgeführt werden können wie die einfache Auf- und Abbewegung eines Fingerballens. Auch die beiden kleinen Finger sind beim derzeit gebräuchlichsten französischen Klappensystem, das in Fig. 1 abgebildet ist, mit jeweils fünf bzw. vier zu bedienenden Klappen 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e bzw. 10a, 10b, 10c, lOd überproportional belastet. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung für diese Nachteile besteht darin, die seitlichen Klappen 2a, 2b, 5c, 5e, 7a, 7b, 7c, Id, 10c, 10c? zu entfernen und durch ein Klappensystem zu ersetzen, mit dem die zu 2a, 2b, 5c, 5e, la, 7b, 7c, Id, 10c, 10 zugehörigen Töne mit den Klappen 1, 2, 3, 4, 789, 5a, 5b und damit einer einfachen Auf- und Abbewegung eines Fingerballens gespielt werden können. Werden die Klappen 3, 4, 789 jeweils geschlossen, so drehen sich jeweils die Hebel 3x, 4x, 789x aufgrund ihrer Federung und öffnen dabei wiederum jeweils durch ihre stärkere Federkraft die Klappen 2a, 2b, 2c. Hält jedoch der linke Daumen Klappe 1 geschlossen, so hindert er die Hebel 3x, 4x, 789.x: an ihrer Drehung. Auf diese Weise kann Klappe 3 über Hebel 3x Klappe 2a nur öffnen, Klappe 4 über Hebel 4x Klappe 2b nur öffnen und Klappe 789 über Hebel 789x Klappe 2c nur öffnen, wenn Klappe 1 geöffnet ist.
