Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à l'industrie de production des aliments pour animaux et concerne plus précisément des procédés permettant de produire de la nourriture pour animaux de ferme et pour volailles à partir de déchets de l'industrie alimentaire et en produisant de la farine de poisson, d'os ou d'os et de viande. Ce procédé a pour but de produire, à partir de déchets de l'industrie alimentaire, des aliments pour animaux qui sont équilibrés en hydrates de carbone, en protéines et en substances minérales, et qui possèdent une valeur nutritive et biologique élevée. Ce procédé permet en outre de réduire la durée du processus industriel de fabrication. Ce procédé consiste à broyer des déchets provenant de l'industrie de la pêche, à les mélanger à de la tourbe puis à sécher ce mélange. On utilise également des déchets d'abattage en qualité de déchets provenant de l'industrie alimentaire. Le séchage se fait dans des appareils de séchage à une température de 90 à 95° C et à une pression de vapeur de chauffage, dans le corps de l'appareil de séchage, qui varie de 0,3 à 0,5 MPa. Le séchage se poursuit jusqu'à ce que l'humidité du produit fini atteigne de 6 à 10 %. Le rapport entre les déchets et la tourbe est de 5-6: 0,5-1,5, respectivement. On peut également utiliser en qualité de déchets d'abattage les déchets obtenus lors de la production de farine d'os ou d'os et de viande.
