Abstract
Description
Rosettenförmige Haltevorrichtung für GerüstelementeRosette-shaped holding device for scaffolding elements
The invention relates to a disk-shaped, essentially circular holding device attached to vertical scaffold tubes with openings for hanging horizontally and / or diagonally extending scaffolding elements, which has at least two indentations on the circumference opposite one another.
Disc-shaped holding devices on vertical scaffolding tubes for hanging horizontally and / or diagonally running scaffolding elements are e.g. known from DE-PS-2449 124. The holding devices are shaped as circular disks with openings and are attached to the scaffolding elements at regular intervals.
Another embodiment of such holding devices is known from US Pat. No. 5,605,204. A plurality of trapezoidal openings, which have two different shapes, are arranged on these disk-shaped holding devices. The holding devices are not circular, but they have a round contour.
Scaffolding tubes that are equipped with these holding devices can only be horizontal to a very limited extent, e.g. for transportation purposes, because the stacks are unstable.
Furthermore, the two above-mentioned embodiments have the disadvantage that the distance between two vertical scaffold tubes standing next to one another is caused by the Shape of the holding device, must be relatively large. For example, this can result in relatively large gaps between two floor coverings and corresponding safety risks.
The material utilization is also Holding devices are not optimal.
It is therefore the task of providing a holding device with openings for hanging horizontally and / or diagonally extending scaffolding elements, which does not have the disadvantages of the prior art.
The object is achieved according to the invention by the provision of a disk-shaped, essentially circular holding device attached to vertical scaffold tubes with openings for hanging horizontally and / or diagonally extending scaffolding elements, which has at least two indentations on the circumference opposite one another.
The indentations are preferably shaped so that their crossing line can at least partially accommodate the vertical scaffold tube in a form-fitting manner. The indentation is therefore preferably formed as a section of a circular circumference, which preferably has a radius which corresponds to half the outer diameter of the scaffold tubes. The radius is also preferably greater than half the outer diameter of the scaffold tube. The boundary line is preferably somewhat flattened in the edge region.
The holding device preferably has four indentations which are arranged in the edge region of the holding device on two central axes which are at right angles to one another. A central axis in the sense of the invention goes through the center of the essentially circular holding device; i.e. the indentations are arranged at an angle of 90 °, 180 °, 270 ° and 360 ° to one another.
The holding device likewise preferably has eight indentations, each of which is symmetrical by two at right angles in the edge region of the holding device mutually center axes are arranged; that is, four indentations are arranged to the right and left of the central axes such that both central axes represent axes of symmetry.
Preferably, the holding device has four openings, which are arranged oblong and radially to the cross section of the vertical scaffold tube in two mutually perpendicular directions, the openings in the radial direction to the cross section of the vertical scaffold tubes having boundary surfaces and their width at the narrowest point in each case equal to the thickness of one is attached to the vertical and / or diagonal scaffolding elements. The fastener is preferably a wedge.
Particularly preferably, the holding device has further openings, each arranged between two of the elongated openings, the dimension of which in the radial direction is equal to the dimension of the elongated openings and the width of which is a multiple of the width of the elongated openings.
The shape of the lateral boundaries is very particularly preferably composed of several sections of circumferences.
The holding devices are preferably 8.0 to 12.0 mm, particularly preferably 8.8 to 9.2 mm thick and are preferably made from St 37, St 52 or QSTE-380.
The holding device according to the invention is attached to the vertical scaffold tube at regular intervals, preferably at a distance of 45-55 cm.
The holding device according to the invention makes it possible to reduce the distance between two vertical scaffold tubes standing next to one another. In addition, a stack of vertically superposed vertical scaffold tubes is made much more stable by the holding device according to the invention. Furthermore, better material utilization is possible through the holding device according to the invention. The invention is explained below with reference to Figures 1, 2 and 3.
In Figur 1 ist die erfindungsgemäße Haltevorrichtung dargestellt. In Figure 1, the holding device according to the invention is shown.
In Figur 2 sind zwei gestapelte, vertikale Gerüstrohre dargestellt. In Figure 2, two stacked, vertical scaffold tubes are shown.
In Figur 3 sind zwei mit der erfindungsgemäßen Haltevorrichtung ausgerüstete, mit einer Schelle verbundene Gerüstrohre dargestellt.FIG. 3 shows two scaffold tubes equipped with the holding device according to the invention and connected with a clamp.
The circular holding device (1) according to the invention shown in FIG. 1 has eight indentations (2) on the circumference, which are arranged symmetrically on the right and left in each case about two central axes perpendicular to one another. The boundary line (3) is essentially shaped as a section of a circle. The radius of the circle is 24 mm and thus corresponds to half the outer diameter of a conventional vertical scaffold tube (4). The boundary line is somewhat flattened in its edge region in order to avoid sharp edges on the circumference of the holding device.
The holding device has four longitudinally oval openings (5). Two of these openings (5) are each arranged on the central axes arranged at right angles to one another. The longitudinal oval openings are blunted at their ends pointing to the center of the holding device and delimited by the flat surfaces (6) and (7). The dimensions of the surfaces (6) and (7) correspond to the thickness of the wedge to be inserted. The shape of the boundary surfaces (8) and (9) of the openings is composed of several sections of circumferences.
The openings (10) are arranged between each two openings (5). These are each delimited against the longitudinal oval openings (5) by the boundary lines (11) and (12). The shape of these boundary lines is composed of several sections of circumferences. The boundary lines (13) and (14), however, are shaped as cylinder jacket cutouts, the center of which coincides with the center of the holding device. The width of the openings (10) is a multiple of the width of the openings (5).
The holding device (1) is attached to the vertical scaffold tube (4) in a flange-like manner.
Das Gerüstrohr (15) liegt auf dem Gerüstrohr (16), wobei die Begrenzungslinien (18) und (19) der entsprechenden Einbuchtungen mit den Gerüstrohren (15) und (16) formschlüssige Verbindung eingehen und somit eine stabile Lage des GerüstrohrIn Figure 2, two horizontally superimposed vertical scaffold tubes (15) and (16) with the holding devices (15a) according to the invention (only partially shown) and (16a) are shown, as they are e.g. be stored during transport. The fact that the holding device with the indentation (17) e.g. resting on a loading surface (18) makes it difficult for the scaffold tube (16) to roll away. The scaffold tube (15) lies on the scaffold tube (16), the boundary lines (18) and (19) of the corresponding indentations forming a positive connection with the scaffold tubes (15) and (16) and thus a stable position of the scaffold tube
(15) auf dem Gerüstrohr (16) ermöglichen.(15) on the scaffold tube (16).
In Figur 3 sind zwei mit der erfindungsgemäßen Haltevorrichtung ausgerüstete , mit einer Schelle verbundene Gerüstrohre dargestellt.FIG. 3 shows two scaffold tubes equipped with the holding device according to the invention and connected with a clamp.
The scaffold tube (20) stands next to the scaffold tube (21), the boundary lines (22a) and (23a) of the corresponding indentations of the holding devices (22) and (23) forming a positive connection with the scaffold tubes (20) and (21). The clamp (24) consists of a tie rod (25) with a thread at one end and a rotary connection (26) at the other end, a nut (27) and a bracket (28).
The bracket (28) consists of a steel band (29), the ends (30) and (31) being reinforced by bending the steel band. The end (30) is connected to the tie rod (25) by a rotary connection (26). The end (31) partially has a slot through which the tie rod (25) can be inserted. To connect the scaffold tubes (20) and (21) by means of the clamp (24), the nut (27) is loosened and the bracket (28) which is rotatably attached to the tie rod (25) by the rotary connection (26) is opened. The bracket (28) is then around the scaffold tube placed and the tie rod (25) then closed, the tie rod (25) inserted into the slot at the end (31) of the bracket (28). Finally, the nut (27) is tightened so that the bracket (28) is pulled around the scaffold tubes (20) and (21) and presses the scaffold tubes against the tie rod.
The scaffold tubes (20) and (21) are connected to one another in a torsion-resistant manner by the holding devices (22) and (23) according to the invention in connection with the clamp (24).
