Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de dépôt d'envois postaux (1) comportant une boîte à lettres pourvue d'une ouverture d'introduction (2) par laquelle on introduit des envois postaux. Le dispositif présenté comprend des moyens qui déterminent les frais de port requis pour chaque envoi postal, sur la base de paramètres de frais de transport. Le dispositif comporte également un dispositif d'encaissement destiné à recevoir des moyens de paiement prévus pour l'acquittement des frais de port déterminés, ainsi qu'un dispositif d'affranchissement servant à l'application de timbres-poste en fonction du montant des frais de port déterminés pour l'envoi postal concerné. Ledit moyen de détermination de frais de port, le dispositif d'encaissement et le dispositif d'affranchissement sont chacun en liaison active avec un dispositif de commande (3). De plus, le dispositif (1) comporte des piles solaires (7) disposées à l'extérieur, lesquelles couvrent ses besoins en énergie. Pour être utilisé sur des boîtes à lettres, le dispositif de dépôt d'envois postaux se présente sous la forme d'un ensemble de rattrapage (8) à monter sur lesdites boîtes à lettres.
