Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de contrôle du paiement lors du transport d'envois postaux par le biais d'une installation électronique spécialisée pour paquets (10), dans lequel plusieurs Identcodes (20) uniques sont conservés en mémoire dans un moyen de mémoire (30), dans lequel un dispositif (11) d'émission de timbres de paiement (40) est intégré dans l'installation électronique spécialisée pour paquets,
    caractérisé par les attributs suivants :
    - les Identcodes (20) sont conservés en mémoire dans le moyen de mémoire (30), qui est en liaison avec le dispositif (11) d'émission de timbres de paiement (40) ;
    - un Identcode (20) est fourni par le moyen de mémoire (30) ;
    - l'Identcode est attribué à un timbre de paiement (40) dans un moyen de traitement (50) du dispositif et le dispositif émet ce timbre de paiement (40), lequel présente au moins l'Identcode (20) fourni ;
    - l'Identcode (20) sur le timbre de paiement (40) appartient à un circuit d'Identcodes qui est attribué au trajet de distribution de vente du timbre de paiement (40) par le biais d'une installation électronique spécialisée pour paquets (10) ;
    - l'Identcode (20) est caractérisé par au moins deux affichages de statut 1 et 2 dans le moyen de mémoire (30), desquels le premier affichage de statut 1 indique qu'un timbre de paiement (40) a été imprimé avec cet Identcode et le deuxième affichage de statut 2 indique qu'aucun timbre de paiement (40) n'a été imprimé avec cet Identcode (20) ;
    - l'affichage de statut de l'Identcode (20) est placé sur 2 dans le moyen de mémoire (30) au départ de la procédure ;
    - l'affichage de statut de l'Identcode (20) fourni est placé sur 1 après que le dispositif (11) a émis un timbre de paiement (40) avec l'Identcode (20) fourni ;
    - l'affichage de statut de l'Identcode (20) fourni est placé sur 2 lorsque l'Identcode (20) du timbre de paiement (40) est détecté sur une installation électronique spécialisée pour paquets (10) et l'envoi postal (60) correspondant est mis dans l'installation électronique spécialisée pour paquets (10) ;

    - un Identcode (20) d'un timbre de paiement sur un envoi postal (60) est détecté sur l'installation électronique spécialisée pour paquets (10) puis comparé à des Identcodes (20) qui sont été établis et achetés par le biais d'une installation électronique spécialisée pour paquets, et aux affichages de statut correspondants dans le moyen de mémoire (30), dans lequel un Identcode (20) détecté qui n'est pas en mémoire dans le moyen de mémoire (30) ou dont l'affichage de statut est 2, déclenche un signal ; et
    - le signal commande au moins une fonction de l'installation spécialisée pour paquets (10) qui déclenche l'enregistrement des données du client qui veut faire l'envoi postal (60).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le signal commande une fonction de l'installation spécialisée pour paquets (10) par le biais de laquelle le refus de la prise en charge de l'envoi postal (60) avec l'Identcode (20) détecté est déclenché.
  3. Installation spécialisée pour paquets (10) développée en particulier pour exécuter un procédé selon l'une ou les deux des revendications 1 et 2, qui présente un dispositif (11) d'émission de timbres de paiement (40), caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation électronique spécialisée pour paquets (10) présente au moins les attributs suivants :
    - un moyen de mémoire (30) en liaison avec l'installation électronique spécialisée pour paquets (10) pour conserver en mémoire des Identcodes (20) et des affichages de statut correspondants, dans lequel les Identcodes (20) appartiennent à un circuit d'Identcodes qui est attribué au trajet de distribution de vente d'un timbre de paiement par le biais d'une installation électronique spécialisée pour paquets, dans lequel un Identcode est caractérisé par au moins deux affichages de statut 1 et 2, desquels le premier affichage de statut 1 indique qu'un timbre de paiement a été imprimé avec cet Identcode et le deuxième affichage de statut 2 indique qu'aucun timbre de paiement n'a été imprimé avec cet Identcode et dans lequel l'affichage de statut de l'Identcode est placé sur 2 au départ de la procédure ;
    - une unité de commande avec des moyens de détection de données de client lors de la livraison d'un envoi postal (60) dans l'installation électronique spécialisée pour paquets (10) ;
    - des moyens de détection (70) pour détecter l'Identcode (20) d'un timbre de paiement (40) sur un envoi postal (60) ;
    - des moyens de traitement (50) pour placer l'affichage de statut de l'Identcode (20) sur 1 après que le dispositif d'émission de timbres de paiement a émis un timbre de paiement avec l'Identcode et pour placer l'affichage de statut de l'Identcode fourni sur 2 lorsque l'Identcode (20) fourni est détecté sur une installation spécialisée pour paquets et l'envoi postal (60) correspondant est mis dans l'installation spécialisée pour paquets ;

    - des moyens de mise en mémoire de données de client détectées.
  4. Installation spécialisée pour paquets (10) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que
    le moyen de mémoire (30) se trouve à l'intérieur de l'installation spécialisée pour paquets (10).
  5. Installation spécialisée pour paquets (10) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que
    le moyen de mémoire (30) se trouve localement à distance de l'installation spécialisée pour paquets (10) et est en liaison permanente ou temporaire avec l'installation.
