Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé génétique de production de riboflavine. Grâce à la sélection spéciale de gènes de la biosynthèse de la riboflavine ou à une combinaison de ces gènes dans des organismes, spécialement dans des bactéries, des champignons, des levures et des plantes, et à leur expression, la production de riboflavine dans ces organismes est accrue. L'invention concerne en outre des fragments d'acide nucléique contenant des gènes correspondant aux séquences SEQ ID No. 1, SEQ ID No. 3 ou SEQ ID No. 5 ou leurs équivalents fonctionnels, des vecteurs d'expression contenant de tels fragments d'acide nucléique et des organismes contenant au moins un tel fragment d'acide nucléique ou au moins un tel vecteur.
