Abstract
Description
BetonstützeConcrete column
Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a concrete column, in particular a round column made of reinforced concrete, with a column foot connected to a foundation, a column head receiving a load element and optionally a steel reinforcement embedded in the column interior.
Columns are vertical components, the height or length of which is large in relation to their cross-sectional dimensions. The supports serve other components, such as beams or beams, as supports and guide their loads into the foundation. This mainly results in compressive stress in the longitudinal direction of the column. Supports can also be subjected to bending loads by horizontal loads such as wind loads, impact loads or seismic movements. With slender supports there is an additional risk of buckling. Depending on the type of production, regardless of the load and the risk of buckling, minimum thicknesses are specified for supports. The guidelines specified in DIN 1045 apply to the reinforcement of columns. If there is a risk of high impact loads and seismic movements, these guidelines are often not sufficient for a kink-proof design of reinforced concrete columns.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to develop a concrete support with high buckling protection, which is also able to withstand high horizontal forces and seismic movements.
To achieve this object, according to a first alternative, a flat surface extending between the column base and column head in the form of a helix extends over the column surface. proposed band, which has a composite structure of a plurality of substantially parallel aligned support fibers and a binding matrix connecting the support fibers in a shear-resistant manner and is fastened to the support surface with one broad side surface by means of an adhesive, the pitch of the helix being greater than the bandwidth of the flat strip is. The pitch is dimensioned so that no closed space can form between the flat belt and the column surface, from which any water that might enter could no longer escape. The pitch of the helix accordingly corresponds to approximately 1.1 to 5 times, preferably 1.5 to 2.5 times the flat bandwidth. At its ends, the flat strip is expediently secured to the support surface by means of at least one fastening element each, so that it cannot detach from the ends.
According to a second alternative solution, a plurality of flat strips, which surround the support in the manner of a tire and are fastened to the surface of the support by means of an adhesive, are arranged at a distance from one another between the support foot and the support head, the flat strips comprising a plurality of carrier fibers which are oriented essentially parallel to one another and one which is resistant to shear have interconnecting binder matrix. The flat strips' are secured with overlapping ends to the binder matrix. The distance between the flat strips is such that can not form geschlosse ¬ ner gap between the flat bands and supporting surface from which may eindringen- the water could no longer escape. Accordingly, the distance between the flat strips corresponds to 0.1 to 4 times, preferably 0.5 to 1.5 times the flat strip width.
In the case of concrete with a rectangular or square cross section supports the flat strips expediently have an embossed bend in their intermediate regions guided over the edge of the supports. This bend can be produced in that the flat strips in the areas concerned are freed of their binder matrix with exposure of the supporting fibers and can be acted upon with a pasty, curable synthetic resin replacing the binder matrix.
A further increase in the kink protection can be achieved according to a preferred embodiment of the invention in that additional flat strips are provided, which cross the spiral-shaped or ring-shaped flat strips at a distance from one another and are attached to the support surface and / or to the existing flat strips by means of an adhesive.
The carrier fibers of the flat strip advantageously consist of carbon fibers, which are characterized by a high modulus of elasticity. Basically, flat ribbons with aramid, glass or polypropylene fibers or with a mixture of the fibers mentioned can also be used.
A reaction resin such as epoxy resin, polyurethane, acrylic resin or polyester resin is expediently used as the binder. In order to ensure a stable connection of the flat strip to the support surface, the adhesive also expediently consists of a reaction resin of the type mentioned.
The reinforced concrete column wrapped with the flat strip can also be plastered or coated with a protective coating so that the reinforcement measure is no longer visible from the outside.

The concrete supports 10 shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 5 have a support foot 12 embedded in a foundation 11 and a support head 16 designed as a support for a component '14 . The concrete column 10 can contain an internal steel reinforcement 17 (FIGS. 4a and b). For further reinforcement against bending out or buckling, the support is wrapped with a flat strip 18 (FIG. 1) or with flat strips 18 ', 18''.
Im Falle der Fig. 1 erstreckt sich das Flachband 18 vomIn the case of Fig. 1, the ribbon 18 extends from

Support surface and is attached to it with an epoxy resin 19 surface. The free band ends are through tab-shaped fasteners 20 set on the support. The pitch h of the flat coil is larger than the bandwidth b. In the exemplary embodiment shown, it corresponds to approximately 1.5 times the flat strip width b. The gaps 22 between the flat ribbon windings ensure that no coherent, closed cavity can form between the flat ribbon and the support surface, in which water could accumulate.
Die ringförmigen Flachbän- der umgreifen die Stütze mit einander überlappenden Enden 24 (Fig. 3) .In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of flat strips 18 ′ which surround the support in an annular manner and are fastened to the surface of the support by means of an adhesive are provided, which are arranged at a distance a from one another, which in the exemplary embodiment shown is approximately 0.5 times the flat band width b. The gaps 22 between the flat band rings 18 'ensure that no coherent closed cavity can form between the flat band and the support surface, in which water could accumulate. The ring-shaped flat bands encompass the support with ends 24 that overlap one another (FIG. 3).
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, in addition to the annular flat strips 18 ', these flat strips 18' 'which cross at an angle of 90 ° are provided, which are arranged at a distance from one another, so that gaps 22 for the evaporation of water are also present in this case remain free.
The flat strips consist of a composite structure of a plurality of parallel aligned, vorzugswei ¬ se of carbon existing support fibers 26 and the reinforcing fibers are shear firmly interconnecting Bindemittelma ¬ trix 28 is preferably made of epoxy resin. As can be seen from FIGS. 4a and b, the supports 10 can have either a rectangular or round cross section. In the case of Rectangular cross-section according to FIG. 4a, the flat strips are expediently provided with an embossed bend 32 in their area overlapping the edges 30, which can be produced by the flat strip 18 'being freed from its binder matrix 28 in the area in question, exposing the limp support fibers 26 and that after the support has been wrapped, the area in question is acted upon by a pasty, curable synthetic resin which replaces the binder matrix (FIGS. 5a and b).
