Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil qui comprend un dispositif (2) dont une zone au moins est exposée (8). Un premier et un deuxième dispositif de fermeture étanche (30, 32) en métal assurent un soudage et/ou une fixation, et entourent la zone exposée du dispositif.
