Definitions
- the invention relates to a holding device for hair according to the preamble of claim 1.
- DE 35 03 506 A1 proposes a holding device for hair, known as a fixing comb, which contains a frame comb and an inner comb which is displaceable therein such that hair between frame comb teeth and inner comb teeth can be releasably clamped.
- a fixing comb which contains a frame comb and an inner comb which is displaceable therein such that hair between frame comb teeth and inner comb teeth can be releasably clamped.
- a plate Arranged in the interior of the comb as the inner comb is a plate provided with tines corresponding to the frame comb teeth and which can be moved perpendicularly to the frame comb teeth by actuation from the outside and against a restoring force.
- a mechanical drive is provided for actuation.
- the known fixing comb for hair also contains a handle.
- this prior art does not teach how the known holding device for hair can be cleaned.
- the professional application area i.e. at e.g. Fri ⁇ seuren
- a comb is known from WO 92/10958, which consists of two halves which can be displaced relative to one another in its longitudinal direction.
- the manageability of this comb is inadequate when pinching hair between its teeth because of the opposing movement of the two comb halves for this purpose.
- hair can get caught between two teeth of each comb half, so that the two comb halves can only be brought back into a non-clamping position with difficulty. There is a danger that hair caught between the two halves of the comb will be pulled, which causes pain to the person being treated or which can even pull hair out.
- US 5,449,007 is concerned with a hair comb with movable gripping elements.
- This hair comb consists of a two-part comb housing, in which two inner combs are accommodated side by side in its longitudinal direction. The latter can be moved towards one another in such a way that their inner comb teeth are pushed between the comb housing teeth and thus locked. If there are strands of hair between the inner comb teeth and the comb housing teeth, they are pinched in between by such an adjustment.
- the hair comb for fixing a specific hairstyle in the hair of the user can thus be fastened by locking the hair comb in its clamping or holding position. To release the stop position, the lock must therefore also be released.
- such a comb is not suitable as an aid when cutting hair, since in particular the detachment of the lock is complex and forceful and is therefore unsuitable for an ongoing sequence of clamping and releasing.
- the construction described does not require frequent cleaning, since such combs are part of personal equipment, so that, in view of the lack of different users, at least from this point of view there are no hygienic concerns and the poor cleaning options for use as personal hair comb is not relevant.
- the housing would always have to be opened for cleaning and the inner combs removed therefrom, which, if it is possible at all without destroying the hair comb, is very cumbersome and difficult. Parts can easily be damaged or lost, making the hair comb unusable.
- the manufacture of this hair comb is also associated with relatively high costs.
- the aim of the present invention is to provide a problem-free, easy to assemble and easy to clean aid when cutting hair.
- a holding device for hair with a frame comb and an inner comb which can be displaced therein such that hair can be releasably clamped between frame comb teeth and inner comb teeth is further developed in that the frame comb has a frame comb back with a slot running in its longitudinal direction through which the inner comb is interchangeable.
- This construction which is simple on the one hand, surprisingly combines on the other hand a very good functionality as an aid when cutting hair with problem-free cleanability of the holding device for hair.
- the invention thus makes it possible to simply insert the inner comb through the slot into the frame comb for assembly and to remove it from the frame comb just as easily through the slot for cleaning.
- the holding device for hair due to the problem-free interchangeability of components within a combination of frame comb and inner comb, different combs with different teeth and tooth spacing can be combined, e.g. long, short, thin, strong, thinning and / or thick hair. It is therefore not necessary to have a plurality of suitable complete devices available for the various requirements, but an adapted device can be put together quickly and easily immediately before use by combining appropriate individual parts.
- the invention also advantageously makes it possible to replace only the defective part at any time, thereby saving raw materials, waste and costs.
- the frame comb has a U-shaped cross section, at least in the area of a receiving and sliding space for the inner comb, which is open in the area of the slot and at the free ends of the Frame comb teeth is closed. This advantageously avoids the possibility of hair getting caught between the teeth of the frame and the inner comb in their non-clamping position.
- the receiving and displacement space in the direction of displacement of the inner comb is limited by end webs, which in particular form limits to the displacement path for the inner ridge.
- Such an actuator which can be fastened to the inner comb or can be integrally formed therewith, allows the inner comb to be actuated relative to the frame comb from outside the latter in a simple manner using the slot which is present anyway.
- the actuator can have an actuated surface which is corrugated or which has friction-enhancing properties in another suitable manner and which, additionally or alternatively, can have a shape adapted for actuation by fingers.
- actuating devices are preferably provided for displacing the inner comb, which actuators contain at least one actuator which passes through an elongated hole in the back of the frame comb.
- This actuator can also be designed according to the aforementioned features.
- the latter provides end stops as displacement limits for the inner comb.
- the at least one elongated hole can be provided on both sides of the slot in the back of the frame comb.
- the actuator which engages through the elongated hole on the inner comb, advantageously also secures the inner comb in the frame comb against unintentional falling out.
- the actuator can be attached to the inner comb by any locking known to the person skilled in the art, for example it is possible to borrow the actuator by screws, possibly with a knurled one
- the version of the invention explained above also makes it possible to provide the frame comb back in its longitudinal extent in each of its two end regions with an elongated hole for receiving one actuator each, in particular the two actuators being rigidly connected to one another and preferably being integrally formed. This advantageously allows adjustment at two points or, if the combined actuators are appropriately extended, at most even over the entire length of the comb, while at the same time ensuring the correct adjustment function. It is possible to change the comb from one hand to the other or different hand positions without having to rotate the comb relative to the holding hand.
- the inner comb is prevented from moving through the slot by releasable holding devices in the frame comb can be secured.
- the corresponding actuator or a part thereof together with the elongated hole through which it extends functions as the holding devices.
- Combing position in which the frame comb teeth and the inner comb teeth are at least substantially aligned with one another, and at least one holding position is displaceable, in which the inner comb teeth are at least partially aligned with spaces between adjacent frame comb teeth.
- the inner comb is displaceable between the combing position and two holding positions lying in the longitudinal direction of the frame back on both sides of the combing position.
- means for adjusting and / or holding the combing position of the inner comb are provided, and in particular one Spring loading or a locking of the inner comb in the or the comb position included.
- the frame comb has end teeth that have a greater extension in the longitudinal direction of the frame back than the other frame comb teeth and the inner comb teeth, which preferably at least essentially in the longitudinal direction of the frame back have the same dimensions.
- the invention further comprises a preferred embodiment in which the frame comb for the inner comb contains a receiving and sliding space which extends in the longitudinal direction of the frame back into the end teeth of the frame comb, in particular by one tooth spacing of the frame comb teeth and / or the inner comb teeth.
- the frame comb teeth and the inner comb teeth have at least essentially the same distances.
- Damage to the treated hair can advantageously be avoided if the frame comb teeth and / or the inner comb teeth have an at least substantially rounded cross-section, as is intended according to a further development of the invention.
- the frame comb for the inner comb contains a receiving and displacement space which has guide devices for the inner comb which run in the longitudinal direction of the frame back and which in particular has a free space between the inner comb teeth and the frame comb teeth, preferably at least between the free ends of the inner comb teeth and the frame comb teeth. It is thereby advantageously achieved that the adjustment of the inner comb relative to the frame comb can be carried out sufficiently smoothly.
- the frame comb for the inner comb contains a receiving and shifting space, the depth and width of which are each transverse to the longitudinal direction of the frame back by about 0.5 mm greater expansion than the inner comb.
- a further additional or alternative size relationship can be specified, according to which the frame comb for the inner comb contains a receiving and shifting space which is longer than the inner comb in the longitudinal direction of the frame back by twice the distance of the frame comb teeth and / or inner comb teeth.
- pressure compensation devices can be provided to avoid excessive clamping force on the hair to be clamped.
- Such pressure compensation devices can e.g. achieve with springs of any type, which are arranged between on the one hand steep path limits and / or actuators and on the other hand the inner comb. This ensures that excessive adjustment force is absorbed or damped in a holding or clamping position of the inner comb in order to avoid damaging the hair.
- the hair holding device can also provide a system for cutting devices and / or the head of the person to be treated, in order to always measure a defined, at least minimum hair length.
- the material of the entire holding device or of parts thereof can be chosen depending on the desired effect so that when combing through the hair to be cut, the hair is electrostatically charged or not. Depending on the existing hair quality and / or the desired cut, this may make the hairdresser's work easier.
- a further criterion for the choice of material can be the thermal conductivity and / or capacity. In this way, effects such as slight predrying, fixing, wave and curl formation etc. can be brought about or at least supported.

- the two end teeth 19 and 20 have a greater extension in the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5 than the other frame comb teeth 18, and the receiving and sliding space 8 extends in its longitudinal extension parallel to the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5 into the two end teeth 19 and 20 in.
- the receiving and displacement space 8 is drawn into each of the end teeth 19 and 20 by the dimension of an intermediate space 21 between the frame comb teeth 18.
- 3 inner comb teeth 22 with intermediate spaces 23 are formed on the inner comb.
- the intermediate spaces 21 and the intermediate spaces 23 have at least approximately the same size in the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5.

- the first exemplary embodiment discussed so far has a receiving and displacement space 8 of the frame comb 1 in which
- the width of the receiving and displacement space 8 i.e. its dimension in the width direction of the U-shape is approximately 0.5 mm more than the corresponding width of the inner comb 3, both below and above the shoulders 11, 12 and the shoulders 16, 17.
- the receiving and the displacement space 8 also has a depth, viewed perpendicular to the width and the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5, which is approximately 0.5 mm more from the shoulders 11, 12 to the base 24 of the U-shape than the dimension of the inner comb 3 of the shoulders 16, 17 to the free ends of the inner comb teeth 22 measured.
- the shapes and dimensions of the receiving and shifting space 8 and the slot 7 on the one hand and the inner comb 3 on the other hand are such that the latter can be inserted into the receiving and shifting space 8 through the slot 7 and received therein.
- the inner comb 3 has been completely inserted into the receiving and moving space 8

- its upper narrow side 25 is flush with the upper narrow side 4 of the frame comb back 5 through the slot 7, as is particularly illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 7.
- the inner comb 3 can be inserted and closed at least approximately parallel to the teeth 18, 22 through the slot 7 into the receiving and sliding space 8 in the frame comb 1 Reini- For purposes of exchange and exchange.
- the frame comb 1 with the inserted inner comb 3 is illustrated in FIG. 5 in a top view and in FIG. 6 in a side view, and FIG. 7 shows an illustration of the end face 26 of the holding device 2 for hair H with in the inner comb 3 inserted into the frame comb 1, the receiving and shifting space 8 and the inner comb 3 each being indicated by dashed lines.
- Actuators 27 are actuators 27 so that the inner comb 3 in the receiving and sliding space 8, which, as already mentioned, is longer in the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5 than the inner comb 3, can be moved in the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5 5, 8 and a further embodiment in FIG. 11 are shown.
- FIG. 8 The design of the actuators 27 according to the embodiment of the invention shown in FIGS. 5 to 8 is partially shown in more detail in FIG. 8.
- These actuators 27 contain a push bar 28 which, via two bolts 29 (only one of which is shown in FIG. 8) through fitting openings 30 (only one of which is shown in FIG. 4) in the inner comb 3 with the latter be coupled.
- Two fitting openings 30 are provided in the inner comb 3, one in each case in an end region 31 of the holding device 2, seen in the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5.
- the fitting openings 30 receive the bolts 29 largely without play.
- the bolts 29 of the actuators 27, which instead of being formed by the integral pusher strip 28, can also be formed, for example, by two separate pusher bar parts (not shown) or of which only one can be provided, pass through in the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5 extending elongated holes 32 therethrough.
- two elongated holes 32 aligned with one another are arranged in each end region 31 of the holding device 2 for hair H in such a way that one of the two elongated holes 32 in each of the two end regions 31 of the holding device 2 is one of the two - tenwalls 9, 10 is assigned.
- the positions of the elongated holes 32 and the fitting openings 30 in each of the two end regions 31 of the holding device 2 are such that the inner comb 3, when it is inserted into the receiving and displacement space 8, and the two bolts 29 through the elongated holes 32 and the Fitting openings 30 are inserted, in the receiving and sliding space 8 between a combing position A and at least one holding position B, which are shown schematically in FIGS. 9 and 10, respectively.
- the displacement path of the inner comb 3 is determined by the length of the elongated holes 32, the end stops 33 of which lie in the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5 form displacement displacement limits 34 for the inner comb 3.
- end webs 35 lying in the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5, which terminate the receiving and sliding space 8 in the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5 and form the end faces 26 of the frame comb 1 can be used as displacement travel limits 34 for the Inner comb 3 act.
- the guide devices 13 described above in detail are used in the embodiment which is shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, ie the shoulders 16 , 17 of the inner comb 3 on the shoulders 11, 12 slide.
- a suitable free space is thus in particular, the inner comb teeth 22 in the receiving and displacement space 8 in the frame comb 1 are ensured. This can prevent the free ends 36 of the inner comb teeth 22 from grinding on the base 24 of the receiving and shifting space 8 and impairing the function of the holding device 2.
- the base 24 of the receiving and displacement space 8 lies in the region of the free ends 37 of the frame comb teeth 18 and forms the bottom of the U-shaped cross section of the frame comb 1 which is open at the slot 7.
- the base 24 itself forms the guide devices 13.
- the pusher bar 28 serves to transmit the movement and the force from the hand of a user to the inner comb 3 relative to the frame comb 1 and thus represents the actuators 27 and, in general terms, actuating devices 38.
- a counter washer 39 and a screw 40 are components of the actuators 27 and thus the actuating devices 38.
- the counter washer 39 is placed on the side of the bolt 29 opposite the pusher strip 28 and with the screw 40 fixed after the bolt 29, which can be firmly connected, for example, to the push bar 28 or generally the actuator 27, has been inserted through the elongated holes 32 and the fitting opening 30.
- each bolt 29 with the pusher bar 28 on the one hand and the counter disk 39 on the other hand also functions as part of holding devices 41 which prevent the inner comb 3 from accidentally falling out of the receiving and displacement space 8 of the frame comb 1.
- both the actuating devices 38 and the shark Device 41 contain, for example, snap connections, including push buttons, any other screw connections, lockable plug connections and much more. In order to release the holding devices 41 in a simpler and faster manner, the holding device 2 is to be cleaned with less effort.
- the holding device 2 with the frame comb back 5 is held in the hand by the user, the slot 7 is simultaneously held closed and thus the inner comb 3 is prevented from accidentally falling out through the slot 7.
- the bottom 24 of the receiving and sliding space 8, or in other words the U-shaped shape of the frame comb 1 secures the inner comb 3 against slipping out on this side of the frame comb 1. Even if the securing is by the floor 24 would not be sufficient, or if the floor 24 of the receiving and shifting space 8 were not available at all, ie if there were another slot (not shown) here, too, the guide devices 13 could, for example, move the inside prevent comb 3 by such a further slot.
- the combination of the bolts 29 with the fitting openings 29 and the elongated holes 32 advantageously simultaneously provide the actuating devices 38, the holding devices 41 and the guide devices 13 as well as the displacement limits 34, so that the corresponding design is very good is simple and inexpensive.
- the pusher bar 28 faces
- actuator (s) 27 it is also possible to use one or more different types of actuator (s) 27.
- actuator (s) 27 only one fitting opening / elongated hole combination can be provided, with an elongated hole 32 only having to pass through one side wall 9 or 10 of the receiving and displacement space 8.
- other types of actuating devices 38, shark implement devices 41, guide devices 13 and displacement travel limits 34 which do not use a fitting opening 29 and no elongated hole 32.
- FIG. 11 shows a longitudinal section through part of a second embodiment of the holding device 2 for hair H. Compared to the first embodiment described above, the version shown in FIG. Pressure compensation devices 42 to avoid excessive clamping force on the hair H to be pinched.
- the pressure compensation devices 42 are at least partially integrated in the actuating devices 38.
- the actuating devices 38 contain an extension 43 formed integrally with the inner comb 3 on its upper narrow side 25, on which a slide 44 is slidably mounted in the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5.
- the latter is, since this design of the holding device 2 enables the inner comb 3 to be displaced from a combing position A into two holding positions B lying on both sides thereof, by means of two springs 45 in the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5 on the extension 43 on its two sides supported in the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5.
- slide 44 and / or the extension 43 can also be continued (at least one) in the manner of a saddle on at least one side of the holding device 2 and can provide suitable actuating surfaces there.
- the pressure compensation devices 42 can be supported on the end webs 35 by spring means, for example in the form of leaf springs 46 bent towards the inner comb 3, which likewise have a counterforce to avoid excessive clamping forces on the between the inner comb teeth 22 and the Frame comb teeth 18 can produce pinched hair H.
- the leaf springs 46 can also perform other functions. If the leaf springs 46 are designed and dimensioned such that they rest on the inner comb 3 in its comb position A, the inner comb 3 is thereby centered in the comb position A or pretensioned in the latter and returns after the removal of one Internal comb 3 automatically and reliably pushing force into a holding position B back into the clamping position A. This enables problem-free combing of the hair H or removal of the holding device 2 from and reinserting the holding device 2 into the hair (s).
- the inner comb 3 has the leaf springs 46 opposite troughs 47, in which the arc parts of the leaf springs 46 engage at least in the combing position A of the inner comb 3, this combination of features also simultaneously fulfills the function of the holding devices 41.
- the inner comb 3 is thus through the engagement of the Leaf springs 46 are locked in the troughs 47 within the receiving and shifting space 8 in the frame comb 1 and are secured against falling out through the slot 7, at least as long as it is in the combing position A. If the inner comb 3 is in one of the holding positions B, then it is held in the receiving and moving space 8 by the pressure on the slide 44.
- the leaf springs 46 can be supported on the inner comb 3 and the troughs 47 can be provided opposite these leaf springs 46 in the end webs 35.
- the inner comb teeth 22 in the longitudinal direction 6 of the frame comb back 5 have the same or smaller dimensions as the spaces 21 between the frame comb teeth 18, separate guide devices 13 and / or holding devices 41 are necessary or desirable, to prevent the inner comb teeth 22 from slipping between the frame comb teeth 18 when the inner comb 3 is shifted into a holding position B.
- the receiving and displacement space 8 and the inner comb 3 are to be suitably dimensioned.
- the inner comb teeth 22 are received in the combing position A of the inner comb 3 within the frame comb teeth 18 such that there are no inner comb teeth within the two end teeth 19, 20 22 are located so that the receiving and moving space 8 does not have to reach into the two end teeth 19, 20. Possibly. However, the receiving and shifting space 8 can extend into the two end teeth 19, 20, in particular if spring means for returning the inner comb 3 to its combing position and / or for holding the inner comb 3 have to be mounted in the receiving and shifting space 8.
- At least one holding position B (FIG. 10) is adjustable.
- the groove is formed by a slot and a receiving and moving space.
- the groove is marked with dashed lines in FIGS. 6 and 7. It is made in such a way that the central or inner comb can be fitted into it from above.
- the groove is twice the distance between the comb teeth than the middle comb.
- the groove is 0.5 mm wider than the middle ridge.
- the groove is 0.5 mm deeper than the height of the middle ridge.
- the groove begins in the first tooth of the frame comb, is drawn in by one tooth spacing and ends in the last right tooth of the frame comb, where it is also drawn in by one tooth spacing.
- the openings or elongated holes are located on the same level as the handle, and viewed from the left (FIGS. 5 and 6), when the central ridge is set into the groove on the far left, the beginning of both openings on the one hand and the elongated holes on the other hand identical.
- the elongated hole in the frame comb is two tooth spaces to the right longer than the opening in the inner comb.
- the height (diameter) of the openings and holes is equal to the axis diameter of a bolt.
- the axes or bolts which are located on the pusher forming the actuator, are pulled through the openings of the elongated holes. In this position, the top surface of one and the other comb lies on the same plane. In this position, the teeth of the central comb are raised 0.5 mm from the bottom of the groove.
- Length of the axes on the handle thickness of the handle wall x 2 plus groove thickness between the elongated holes.
- the holding device for hair which can also be called a special comb, is brought into the starting position.
- the first left tooth of the central comb comes into the groove of the first left tooth of the frame comb (FIGS. 6 and 9).
- the special comb looks like any other comb.
- the hair is combed with it. If the hair is to be cut in a desired plane or inclination, the teeth of the middle comb come between the teeth of the frame comb by moving the push button to the right (FIG. 10). In this position, the hair is fixed in the comb and can be cut without moving. It is cut across the side where the pusher is located. Since the incline of the comb can be changed, cutting with an electric machine is ideal.
- the holding device can, for example, also have a stylish handle.
