Abstract

Le procédé décrit sert à découper un corps moulé initial (10) ayant une dureté et une plasticité déterminées en une pluralité de corps moulés finis (24) au moyen d'un outil à fil de coupe (20) qui effectue pendant le découpage un mouvement d'avancement (v2) par rapport au corps moulé initial (10) et un mouvement de découpage (v1) dans une direction au moins approximativement perpendiculaire à la direction d'avancement (v2). Les mouvements d'avancement et de découpage (v2, v1) déterminent le plan correspondant de séparation (18, 22) entre des corps moulés finis adjacents (24) dans le corps moulé initial (10). On utilise un outil à fil de coupe (20) d'une longueur (L) plusieurs fois supérieure à la dimension (b) du corps moulé initial (10) dans la direction du mouvement de découpage (v1). Pendant le découpage, le fil de coupe (20) se déroule d'un premier dispositif d'alimentation à une vitesse constante de découpage (v1) et s'enroule sur un deuxième dispositif d'alimentation (32).
