Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de filage permettant d'effectuer le processus par oxyde d'amine selon le procédé de filage au sec et/ou au mouillé, qui comprend: une filière pourvue d'orifices pour extruder les filaments, un dispositif de soufflage servant à refroidir les filaments extrudés immédiatement après leur sortie des filières, un réservoir contenant un liquide de bain de filage, un élément de liage prévu dans le liquide du bain de filage pour lier les filaments extrudés, et une fente d'aération définie comme représentant l'écart entre la filière et la surface du liquide du bain de filage. Ce dispositif de filage se caractérise en ce que l'élément de liage se trouve à une distance de la filière telle que l'angle (α) formé par les filaments par rapport à la perpendiculaire sur la surface du liquide du bain de filage mesure au plus 45°, et que la relation 0,1 + 0,005l « 0,7.d0.(h-l)/h soit satisfaite, relation dans laquelle d0 désigne l'écart (mm) entre un orifice d'extrusion et l'orifice d'extrusion qui lui est adjacent, h désigne l'écart (mm) entre l'élément de liage et la filière, et l désigne la fente d'aération (mm), 0,4 mm étant « d0 « 2 mm, et 0 mm étant < 1 < 60 mm.
