  • the achieved advantages essentially consist in that it is not necessary to remove the roof or the corners in order to disassemble or to assemble a block according to the in- vention, so that the composition of the walls as well as the side by side arrangement of several blocks may be easily and quickly varied.
  • a second advantage is the possibility of greatly reducing the overall dimensions and transporting at the same time several superimposed blocks in a compact arrangement, thus saving time over the conventional solutions due to the very short time in which the block may be assembled and disassembled.
  • a third advantage consists in that the invention provides prefabricated blocks of the maximum versatility which have interchangeable walls and can be connected side by side and vertically superimposed from the outside.

  • Partition walls and doors may be installed within the block and may be already provided, according to different embodiments depending on the final destination, for exam ⁇ ple with fittings for the hydraulic, electric and condi ⁇ tioning systems according to the rules in force.

Abstract

Immeuble d'habitation préfabriqué, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'une structure porteuse comportant une ossature de base (1), une ossature de couverture (3) ou un toit, et des profilés ou colonnes d'appui latéral (2) fixés de manière amovible aux angles de l'ossature de base (1) et du toit (3), ladite structure porteuse étant reliée, par l'intermédiaire de profilés appropriés (5, 6) accessibles depuis l'extérieur, à des panneaux interchangeables (4) de dimensions identiques constituant les murs et comprenant des portes et des fenêtres placées dans les positions voulues, et lesdits panneaux (4) étant démontables directement depuis l'extérieur sans qu'il ne soit nécessaire d'ôter le toit (3).
