Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer LokomotiveProcess for the production of a locomotive
The invention relates to a method according to the preambles of claims 1 and 2, and to a device according to claim 7.
In known designs of locomotives of high performance with a correspondingly heavy machine system, the supporting structure is designed according to lightweight principles, i.e. in addition to the locomotive base frame on which the machine system is mounted, the side walls also take on the supporting function. This means that the machine system can be installed through roof openings that are largely restricted in width, which is often difficult due to the limited space available and can only be carried out with a great deal of time and effort.
The object of the invention is therefore to simplify the assembly of the machine system in the case of a locomotive housing designed according to the known lightweight construction principles.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the machine system is first mounted on the locomotive underframe, whereupon the ends of the supports are attached to the locomotive underframe, each of which consists of two vertical supports and a crossbar, on the locomotive underframe, after which into the between the supports existing spaces between load-bearing surface elements are inserted and attached.
The method according to the invention advantageously enables the locomotive underframe to be freely accessible from all sides in the case of a locomotive housing to be produced according to lightweight construction principles, as a result of which the installation of the machine system can be carried out more quickly and cost-effectively.
What is essential for the invention is therefore the initially free accessibility of the locomotive underframe, the structure of the supporting side Wall structure according to claim 1 by step-by-step installation of the individual components, such as the roof crossmember and the surface elements, or according to claim 2 by prefabrication of an independent component consisting of roof crossmembers and surface elements, which can be assembled with the locomotive base after assembly of the machine system.
The surface elements of the supporting side wall are preferably not detachably connected to the locomotive base frame and to the supports of the roof cross members. Especially when using surface elements made of fiber-reinforced plastic and gluing them to the adjacent components, a light structure with high resilience is created with little manufacturing effort.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, larger parts of the machine system can be exchanged in a simple manner by cutting out the surface elements or sections thereof from the side wall of the locomotive housing and then reinserting them into the connection by means of permanent connections, such as gluing and / or riveting Sidewall can be integrated.
Advantageously, functional elements such as e.g. Air and cable ducts can be integrated.
The invention is shown in more detail in the drawing and described in more detail below.
The drawing shows a perspective and schematic representation of a locomotive housing 1 with cutouts in the side wall and roof area. The locomotive housing 1 consists of the locomotive base frame 2, on which roof cross members 3 are arranged at parallel intervals, each of which consists of two vertical supports 4 and 5 screwed to the locomotive base frame 2 and a crossbar 5 connecting them. The spaces between the vertical supports 4, 5 each of two adjacent roof cross members 3 are filled with surface elements 7 forming the side walls of the locomotive housing 1, which act as load-bearing thrust field beams due to their connection to the supports 4, 5 and the locomotive base frame 2 . The side walls of the Lokomotivgehäu¬ s 1 thus represent a load-bearing structure.
The spaces between the cross brackets 6 of two adjacent Dach¬ quertr ger 3 are also filled with flat roof elements 8, which also act as a load-bearing shear beam by their connection with the cross brackets 6 and the surface elements 7. One or more of the roof elements 8 can be provided with closable mounting openings (not shown) in order to be able to replace partial elements of the machine system 9 arranged on the locomotive base frame 2 via the roof.
According to the manufacturing method according to the invention, the machine system 9 is first mounted on the locomotive base frame 2, which is freely accessible from all sides. Then the vertical supports 4 of the roof cross members 3 are screwed to the locomotive underframe 2, whereupon the spaces between the vertical supports 4, each adjacent roof cross member 3, are covered with the surface elements 7. By connecting the surface elements 7 with the vertical supports 4 and the locomotive base frame 2 by means of adhesive, a high-strength and light structure of the side wall is created as a supporting component of the locomotive housing 1. In the same way, the roof elements 8 are inserted into the spaces between the roof cross members 3.
In addition to a connection of the surface and roof elements 7 and 8 by gluing, other types of connection familiar in lightweight construction, such as welding, riveting and screwing, are also suitable.
For those particularly suitable from a lightweight construction point of view Inseparable types of connection, such as gluing, is provided for replacing partial elements of the machine system that are too large to be exchanged via the mounting openings provided in the roof elements 8, so that openings are cut into the surface elements 7 can then be closed again by gluing. In principle, an entire surface element can also be removed and reinserted using this method.
