Sortiervorrichtung mit Becher-oder Taschensiebwerk Sorting device with cup or pocket sieve
Beschreibung:Description:
The invention relates to a sorting device in particular for separating and sorting waste mixtures according to the preamble of claim 1.
Various devices have already become known for sorting and separating mixtures of substances with components of different sizes and shapes by means of a cup or pocket screen.
For example, a device for sorting hops has been described in US-A-2 116 006, however, in a field that is completely alien to waste sorting. This device has a rotating conveyor belt with a plurality of pockets, which serves to separate the hops from the hop style. The hop styles sticking out of the pockets are sheared off by a brush and flung away. The other finer hop parts fall out of the pockets into a container provided for this purpose when the band is reversed, in which the opening of the pockets is turned downwards.
Furthermore, from EP 0 265 669 a sorting machine with a cup screen has become known, which among other things is suitable for sorting waste mixtures. This device has a conveyor belt provided with a cup, which rotates transversely to the conveying direction of the substance mixture to be introduced. The fine-grained goods held in the cups are along a rising flank of the conveyor belt is transported upwards, the coarser constituents of the mixture sliding downward due to the incline of the conveyor belt and being constantly circulated. The cups connected to the conveyor belt are deflected by an upper deflecting roller and turned around for emptying. The conveyor belt is inclined transversely to its direction of rotation and along the original direction of transport of the goods to be sorted so that the coarser components not taken up by the cups are transported further in this original direction of transport.
With such a device components of a mixture can be separated very effectively, which differ in their dimensions and granularity. However, such a device cannot separate components of the goods to be sorted which have comparable dimensions but a different weight. Such a separation would be extremely advantageous, since it could be used to separate plastic parts from stone or metal goods, for example.
Auch die Auftrennung von folienartigenAlso the separation of film-like ones
Plastic components compared to plastic containers of the same size, such as cups or cans, can not be achieved with a device of the type mentioned.
The object of the invention is therefore to propose a sorting device which not only separates a product to be sorted on the basis of its dimensions or granularity, but also permits sorting by weight of the individual components of the product to be sorted. Starting from a sorting machine of the type described in the introduction, this object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1. The measures listed in the subclaims enable advantageous further developments and improvement of the sorting device specified in the main claim.
Accordingly, a sorting device with a cup or pocket sieve arranged on a conveyor device for sorting the sorted goods is provided due to its different dimensions with a blow-out device for further separation of the sorted goods in the cups or pockets. This makes it possible to separate heavy components of the goods to be sorted from the lighter components which are removed by the blow-out device.
It is particularly expedient to attach the blow-out device between the filling and the emptying zone of the cups. As a result, the cups used for sorting can be blown out without the need for additional containers for the sorted material within the blow-out device.
An arrangement at the level of the axis of rotation of the upper deflecting roller of the cup screening machine is particularly advantageous. Such an arrangement has the result that the blow-out device blows into an almost right-angled cup and can thus convey the light components of the sorted material from the cups with little energy expenditure with comparatively low air pressure and correspondingly weak air flow.
It has been recommended to equip the blow-out device with a blow pipe and a gutter. As a result, the blow-out device can be rigid, in particular if the blow pipe is arranged parallel to a row of cups and is provided with radial openings for generating the air flow required for blowing out be arranged within the sorting machine. Such a blow-out device processes the entire width of the conveyor belt-type cup screen along a straight line, without an air nozzle or the like being moved back and forth along the cups in connection with a collecting device.
In order to remove the sorting material caught in the collecting trough, the collecting trough is inclined relative to a horizontal plane, so that the sorting material can slide down along this inclination.
To improve the removal of the collected sorting material, the collecting trough can be provided with a specially designed transport device. A drive would be conceivable that would set the gutter in a vibrating or shaking motion and thus could start or support a sliding process as mentioned above.
Another way of transporting the sorted goods out of the collecting trough is by attaching a conveyor belt to the bottom of the collecting trough.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and explained in more detail in the following description.

Auf den Inhalt dieser Patentschrift wird hiermit zur Beschreibung der vorliegenden Erfindung ausdrücklich Bezug genommen.1 shows a sorting machine 1 as is known in principle from the applicant's EP 0 265 669 B1. Reference is hereby expressly made to the content of this patent specification to describe the present invention.
This sorting machine 1 has a cup sieve 2 rotating around in the manner of a conveyor belt. An inlet channel 3 is located behind the cup screen 2. The cup screen is guided over a lower 4 and an upper 5 deflection roller. An extension of the axis of rotation 6 of the upper deflecting roller is an electric motor 7 for operating the cup screen 2.
At the level of the axis of rotation 6 there is a blow-out device 8. This consists of a blow-out pipe 9 and a collecting channel 10. The entire device is mounted on a frame 11.
The material to be sorted is fed to the sorting machine 1 via the feed trough 3. The cup sieve 2 is designed such that rotating cups 12 are guided upwards as they move onto the upper deflecting roller 5 and at the same time are pivoted by approximately 90 ° into a horizontal position. At the level of the axis of rotation 6 of the upper deflecting roller 5, the cups are thus in an ideal position in order to blow out light components of the items to be sorted from the horizontally inclined cups with very little energy expenditure. Compressed air is supplied via the blow-out pipe 9 and blown into the cup 12. The direction of flow of the air is indicated by the arrows L emerging from the blow-out pipe 9. The blown-out material is collected in the gutter 10. According to the inclination of the gutter 10, the collected goods slide within the Collecting channel forward and can for example be filled in a container, not shown.
Die Ausblasvorrichtung 8 ist in dem mit "Z" gekennzeichneten Bildausschnitt in Fig. 3 vergrößert dargestellt.2 shows a schematic cross section through such a machine during operation. The coarser sorting material 13 constantly rolls downward against the direction of rotation of the cup screen 2 due to its gravity. The finer sorting material 14 located in the cups 12 is guided upward and passes the blow-out device 8 approximately at the height of the axis of rotation 6 of the upper deflecting roller 5. The heavier sorting material 15 remaining in the cups 12 after blowing out is guided around the upper deflecting roller 5 and then emptied out of the cups 12 for further processing. The blow-out device 8 is shown enlarged in the image section marked "Z" in FIG. 3.
The blow-out pipe 9 and a radially arranged blow-out opening 16 can be seen in detail in FIG. 3. The compressed air supplied via the blow-out pipe 9 flows out of the blow-out opening 16. The air flow outside the blow-out pipe 9 following the blow-out opening 16 is illustrated by arrows L. It encounters a cup 12, which is inclined almost horizontally due to the above-mentioned circumstances, in the vicinity of the upper side wall 17 of the cup 12 at this inclination 19 of the cup 12 leaves it again. When leaving the cup 12, the air flow L takes lighter particles, not shown, of the items to be sorted, which are located in the lower region of the cup 12, primarily on the side wall 19. Because of its weight, the light sorting material that is taken along then falls into the collecting trough along the direction of the arrow 20. The sorted out material can be removed from the collecting trough 10 by various measures. A solution to this offers one Conveyor belt 21 above the bottom 22 of the collecting trough 10. The conveyor belt 21 picks up the sorted material and removes it from the collecting trough 10 in a transport direction corresponding to its direction of rotation, which is perpendicular to the paper plane.
The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiment shown and described. Rather, it also encompasses all professional developments and modifications within the scope of the inventive idea.
