Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un appareil et à un procédé pour la remise et la réception des véhicules dans un immeuble parking du type à monte-charge ou à chariot élévateur, qui permet de résoudre les problèmes associés à un immeuble parking traditionnel du type fonctionnant mécaniquement, tels que temps de stationnements prolongés, temps d'attente trop longs à la réception, faible efficacité de parcage résultant des temps d'attente trop longs, augmentation de la consommation d'énergie due aux utilisations superflues du monte-charge, ainsi que divers besoins relatifs aux conditions particulières du lieu où se trouve le parking. L'appareil et le procédé de la présente invention ont recours à un système classique qui a été amélioré, dans lequel sont prévues des palettes qui désservent chaque étage ainsi que chaque place de stationnement. Dans la présente invention, un certain nombre de palettes sont empilées et stockées sur l'un des côtés de remise et de réception des véhicules, et une palette est prélevée ou déposée du côté de remise ou du côté de réception chaque fois qu'un véhicule fait l'objet d'une remise ou d'une réception, afin d'éliminer les utilisations superflues du monte-charge, ce qui réduit le temps de stationnement ainsi que le temps d'attente à la réception. En outre, un chariot transporteur servant à transférer une palette au point de remise ou de réception du véhicule est prévu sous la forme d'un organe de transfert de palettes mû par des chaînes ou des engrenages, afin de réduire au minimum le temps d'arrêt du monte-charge, éliminant ainsi les restrictions associées à l'utilisation du lieu particulier où se trouve le parking. Ainsi, l'appareil et le procédé de la présente invention peuvent s'appliquer à un immeuble parking fonctionnant mécaniquement du type à monte-charge ou à chariot élévateur.
