Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Anordnung zur Analyse von Agglutinationsreaktionen, wobei die Reaktionspartner in eine Mikrosäule gegeben werden. Die Agglutinationsreaktion erfolgt in der Mikrosäule, vorzugsweise vor Durchlauf der Reaktionspartner durch die Gelmatrix. Agglutinierte und nichtagglutinierte Partikel werden vorzugsweise mittels durch Krafteinwirkung beschleunigter Filtration getrennt. Das nichtagglutinierte Partikel enthaltende Eluat wird nach Verlassen der Mikrosäule einer quantitativen Analyse unterzogen.
