Abstract
Le présent procédé de dialyse péritonéale, consistant à ménager un flux à diffusion orientée entre la solution de dialyse et le sang du patient du fait de l'existence du gradient osmotique entre eux, est caractérisé par le fait que la molarité osmotique de la solution de dialyse est diminuée à mesure que la concentration en urée dans le sang du patient décroît au cours de la dialyse. Une installation de mise en ÷uvre du procédé comprend des réservoirs (1, 2, 3) d'eau épurée, un sel ainsi que du glucose, des unités (7, 8, 9) de dosage desdits constituants dont les sorties sont reliées, par un joint en T (30), à l'admission d'une unité (12) de stérilisation de la solution. Des unités (13, 14) de régulation de la température et de la conductivité électrique de la solution sont situées au niveau de la sortie d'une unité de dosage (15) destinée à son alimentation et reliée à une unité (10) assurant la continuité de la dialyse. Une unité de chauffage (11) est montée à l'intérieur du réservoir (1) et elle est dotée d'une unité de régulation (29) de température. Des unités de dosage (15 et 16) destinées à acheminer et à décharger la solution de dialyse se composent de réservoirs transparents (17 et 18), montés chacun sur une plaque fixe (34, 35) dans laquelle est incorporé un premier interrupteur de fin de course (20, 22) et dans la paroi supérieure de laquelle est monté un capteur (36, 37). Elles se composent également de plaques mobiles (38 et 39) situées chacune au-dessus des réservoirs (17, 18) et dotées d'un second interrupteur de fin de course incorporé (19, 21), les interrupteurs de fin de course (19 à 22) ainsi que les capteurs (36, 37) étant montés coaxialement, un réservoir de simulation supplémentaire (33) étant monté entre l'unité de dosage (15) et l'unité de dosage (16). La commande de l'installation s'effectue au moyen d'un pupitre de commande (26), avec une unité (27) de dialyse et une programmation de lavage au formol, par l'intermédiaire d'une unité de commande (24) dotée d'un appareil de réglage (25) et reliée à un système de commande (23) de décharge de solution de dialyse comprenant un indicateur (31) de qualité de dialyse ainsi qu'une unité (32) d'enregistrement du temps de remplissage et de déchargement de la solution; et avec les interrupteurs de fin de course ainsi que la vanne électromagnétique du réservoir supplémentaire de simulation (33).
