Abstract

The invention relates to a billboard with a message sheet and a cover sheet, both with edges arranged in a matrix and stamped out as far as an articulated axis. The edges of the cover sheet engage in the apertures of those of the message sheet and can be taken alternately into two different display positions, producing a flashing effect.
