Abstract

Composés de la formule (II), où n vaut 0, 1 ou 2, R1, R2, R3 et R4 sont chacun indépendamment choisis à partir d'hydrogène, de groupes hydrocarbures aliphatiques acycliques non substitués comportant un maximum de six atomes de carbone et de groupes alkyle C1-6 substitués par un groupe hydroxyle ou par un groupe alcoxy C1-6, ou l'un d'entre R1 et R2 et l'un d'entre R3 et R4 représente hydrogène et les autres forment ensemble un groupe de liaison de triméthylène, tétraméthylène ou pentaméthylène, R5 représente hydrogène ou un groupe hydrocarbure aliphatique acyclique non substitué comportant un maximum de six atomes de carbone, et R6 représente un groupe hydrocarbure aliphatique acyclique comportant un maximum de six atomes de carbone ou un groupe CH2R7 dans lequel R7 représente un groupe alkyle C1-5 substitué par un groupe hydroxyle ou par un groupe alcoxy C1-6, ou un sel de ceux-ci préparé avec un acide organique ou inorganique pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Ces composés sont utiles en thérapie, en particulier comme agents cardio-protecteurs.
