Abstract

A kit for making office desks with at least one desk top (2), bearers (4) to support the desk tops and supports (6) with footrests. There are bearing arms (20) for the desk tops (2). Connecting components (10) interconnect the bearers (4) with the supports (6) and the bearing arms (20) and possibly supporting arms (26) for additional components and/or superstructures. The bearers (4) are rectangular-section tubes. The connecting components have a lower section (12) with a rectangular recess (14) open at the top to fit a bearer (4). The lower part (14) has a channel (24) at the bottom, in its longitudinal direction, to take the upper end of a support (6) or the end section of one of the supporting arms (26). To close off the recess (14) of the lower part and to clamp the lower part to the bearer (4) there is a cover plate (16) or the end piece of a bearing arm (20) or a spacer (56). With such a kit it is very easy to set up an office desk an only a limited number of different parts is needed. It is possible to fit a horizontal cable channel (40) with a hinged cover (44) at the back of one of the bearers which is accessible only when the desk top is pulled forward and has a set of brushes (46) for taking cables out between the edge of the closed hinged cover (44) and the rear edge of the cable channel (40).

BAUSATZ ZUR HERSTELLUNG VON BURO-ARBEITSTISCHEN KIT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF OFFICE WORK TABLES

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Bausatz zur Herstellung von BüroArbeitstischen mit den im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 genannten Merkmalen. The invention relates to a kit for producing office work tables with the features mentioned in the preamble of claim 1.

Durch die vorliegende Erfindung soll der Bausatz und damit der Aufbau eines Büro-Arbeitstisches vereinfacht uerden, und es soll nur eine geringe Anzahl verschiedener Bestandteile erforderlich sein. Ferner können die Verbindungsstücke zur Aufnahme von Aufbauten dienen, die nach oben über die Tischplatte hinausragen, auch dies in verschiedener Ueise, nämlich einerseits durch Eingriff von Stützarmen, die die Aufbauten tragen, in die unten offenen Kanäle der Unterteile der Verbindungsstücke. Andererseits lassen sich die Abdeckplatten der Verbindungsstücke zum Tragen von anderen Aufbauten verwenden. Mit dem Bausatz nach der Erfindung lassen sich Tische verschiedener Größen und Formen herstellen. Durch an sich bekannte Mittel lassen sich die Tische miteinander vereinigen, und zwar geradlinig oder unter Winkeln. Anstelle der Abdeckplatte 16 kann das rückwärtige Ende aines Tragbalkens 20 mit dem Unterteil verschraubt sein, wie es Figur 7 zeigt. Der Tragbalken 20 seinerseits nimmt die Tischplatte auf. Zur Änderung der Höhenlage der Tischplatte lassen sich zwischen das rückwärtige Ende des Tragbalkens 20 und den Unterteil 12 ebene Distanzplatten 56 verschiedener Höhe einfügen, was Figur 12 zeigt. Claims

PATENT CLAIMS

1. Kit for the production of office work tables with

a) at least one table top (2),

b) supporting beams (4) for receiving table tops and, if necessary, additional tops (30) and / or structures,

c) supports (6) with foot brackets,

d) support arms (20) for the table tops,

e) connecting pieces (10) for connecting the support beams to the supports and the support arms and, if appropriate, with support arms (26) for additional parts and / or structures,

characterized by the following features:

4. Kit according to claim 1 characterized by the following features: a) at least one of the table tops (2) has a width which is smaller than the length of one of the support beams (4), such that the day beam protrudes laterally,

b) a connecting piece (12) attached to the projecting part of the supporting beam has a cover plate (16) which itself carries a structural part, in particular the foot of a swivel arm (38).

5. Kit according to claim 1, characterized by the following features: a) a horizontal cable duct (40) in the form of an open channel (42) with a hinged cover (44) is on the back of a support beam and that on the back of the lower parts (12) attached by connectors,

b) the hinged lid (44) is narrower than the groove (42), and the remaining space is closed by a series of bristles (46) which, in the external sense, extend horizontally from the rear edge of the groove against the edge of the closed hinged lid .

6. Kit according to claim 5, characterized by the following features: a) a telescopic rail (54) for pulling out the table top is arranged between the underside of a table top (2) and its support arms (20),

b) The length and arrangement of the telescopes (54) are such that the table top can be displaced by approximately the width of the hinged cover (44) of the cable duct (40).

7. Kit according to claim 6, characterized by the following features: a) on the underside of the table top (2) is attached a stop bracket (58) in such a position that it limits the backward displacement of the table top in one position by touching the support beam (4) , in which the hinged cover (44) of the cable duct (40) is covered by the table top, but the row of bristles is exposed,

b) in this position, the stop bracket (58) grips under the supporting beam (4) and thus secures the table top (2) against forward tilting under the influence of loads.
