Die Erfindung geht aus von einer mit einem Fluid betriebene Schlie߬ vorrichtung für Pressen, Druckbehälter und dergleichen nach dem Gattungsbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Es sind Pressen und Druckbehälter bekannt, bei denen eine Preß- bzw. Schließplatte hydraulisch oder pneumatisch heb- und senkbar ist, wobei die Platte auf einem Kolben aufliegt, der seinerseits in einem Zylinder axial verschiebbar ge¬ führt ist. Außerdem ist sie in der Lage, Unparallelitäten zwischen den anein¬ ander anzulegenden Teilen auszugleichen. Die Höhe der Andruck- bzw. Preßkraft läßt sich über einen Druckregler sehr genau einstellen und dosieren. Die vorgeschlagene Schließvorrichtung ist insbesondere für Laminierpressen geeignet, bei denen Platten oder Folien unter dem Einfluß von Druck und Wärme miteinander verbunden und ggf. in eine vorgegebene Form gebracht werden. Es ist aber auch denkbar, die Schließvorrichtung in Verbindung mit einem Schließteller zum druck¬ dichten Verschließen von Wärmeöfen zu verwenden, in denen Werkstücke einer thermischen Behandlung unterzogen werden.In contrast, the locking device according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 1 has the advantage of a simple and inexpensive and maintenance-friendly construction. Um eine Lagefixierung und gleichmäßige Beanspruchung der Hülle zu erreichen, kann diese in die Stützplatte gebördelt oder mit der Preß- bzw. Schließplatte flächen- haft verbunden, insbesondere verklebt, sein. Damit die Hülle den aus der Dauerbeanspruchung resultierenden Belastungen standhält besteht sie vorzugsweise aus einem MehrSchichtenverbund, der mindestens eine druckdichte, gummielastische Schicht aufweist. Zum Füllen der Hülle mit einem vorgegebenen Druck und zum Druckabbau ist diese mit einem Anschluß für das Fluid versehen. Die im Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigte Presse vermag insgesamt 4 Preßwerkzeuge 16 aufzunehmen, von denen aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit nur.ein Werkzeug gezeigt ist. Nach dem Einsetzen der Werkzeuge 16 kann bei betätigtem Steuer¬ ventil 26 der Druck in der Hülle 21 erhöht werden, indem über den Schlauch 23 und das Druckregelventil 25 Druckmittel zugeführt wird. Die damit verbundene Volumenvergrößerung der Hülle 21 führt dazu, daß die Preßplatten 9 bis 12 mit den darauf sitzenden Werkzeugen 16 an den FührungsStangen 7 nach oben geschoben werden, bis das auf der Preßplatte 9 befindliche Werkzeug mit einem vorgegebenen Druck an der gerätefesten Preßplatte 8 anliegt. Dem gleichen Druck sind auch die zwischen den Preßplatten 9 bis 12 befindlichen Werkzeuge 16 aus¬ gesetzt. In dieser Phase erfolgt die Laminierung und/oder Verformung der in den Werkzeugen befindlichen Laminaten 15 unter Druck und Wärme. Letztere wird den Werkzeugen über die beheizten Preßplatte 8 bis 12 zugeführt. Die Beheizung der Platten ist der Übersichtlich¬ keit wegen nicht dargestellt. Sie erfolgt vorzugsweise elektrisch mit Thermostatregelung. Nach erfolgter Laminierung des Preßgutes 15 wird das Steuerventil 26 geöffnet, so daß über den Schlauch 23 Druckmittel aus der Hülle 21 ausströmen kann. Das Hüllenvolumen verringert sich und die Pre߬ platten 9 bis 12 mit den darauf befindlichen Werkzeugen 16 kehren unter der Wirkung der Schwerkraft in die dargestellte Ausgangslage zurück, in welcher die Platten 9 bis 12 an den Anschlägen 14 der Führungsstangen 7 anliegen und die Werkzeuge aus der Presse ent¬ nommen werden können.
