Abstract

Un bouchon à l'épreuve de contaminations, en particulier un bouchon fileté en plastique, sert à fermer des flacons stérilisés (F) de culture de cellules utilisés pour cultiver et conserver des cultures de tissus utiles pour des procédés d'analyse et de diagnostic biologiques, virologiques, immunologiques et cytologiques. A la partie (Z) du bouchon en plastique (1) qui couvre l'ouverture (F') du flacon est incorporé un élément hydrophobe de filtrage (4) formé d'un matériau de filtrage inerte vis à vis de la culture de cellules (Z) et ayant une grosseur de pores ou cut-off qui permet un échange gazeux stérile entre le contenu du flacon et l'atmosphère ambiante et empêche une contamination cellulaire ou microbiologique de se produire, aussi bien de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur que de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur.
