Abstract

Procede de conservation de proteines immobilisees pour leur stockage prolonge et leur transport, utilise dans les industries alimentaire, microbiologique et medicale. Le procede consiste en la lyophilisation des proteines immobilisees en presence d'une substance de remplissage inerte soluble dans l'eau telle que des sels mineraux, des acides amines, des hydrates de carbone, des polysaccharides, des polymeres solubles dans l'eau, des polyalcools.
