Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter für schüttbare Stoffe mit axial aufdrückbarer Verschlußkappe, an dessen Behälterhals wenigstens zwei zu dessen Ausgußöffnung hin zusammenlaufende Schrägführungen ausgebildet sind, mit welchen ein Führungselernent an der Verschlußkappe zusammenwirkt, und mit am Umfang des Behälterhalses und am Innenumfang der Verschlußkappe angeordneten, in deren Schließstellung zusammenwirkenden Rastelernenten.The invention relates to a container for pourable materials with an axially press-on closure cap, on the container neck of which at least two inclined guides converging towards its pouring opening are formed, with which a guide element cooperates on the closure cap, and arranged on the circumference of the container neck and on the inner circumference of the closure cap, in their locking position interacting rest elements.
Es sind bereits \erschiedene Behälter für schüttbare Stoffe mit axial aufdrückbarer Verschlußkappe bekannt, beispielsweise wie in den zueinander korrespondierenden Patentschriften DE 1657 154, US 3430 798 bzw. GB 1199 664 beschrieben, bei denen die Verschlußkappe wahlweise axial auf dessen Behälterhals aufgedrückt und durch seitliches Verdrehen leicht von diesem wieder abgenommen werden kann. Die Erfindung hat sich zur Aufgabe gestellt, eine neuartige Bauweise eines Behälters für schüttbare Stoffe, insbesondere für schüttbare kosmetische Mittel, mit axial aufdrückbarer Verschlußkappe anzugeben, der durch einfache konstruktive Maßnahmen preiswerter herzustellen ist.There are already various containers for pourable materials with an axially press-on closure cap, for example as described in the corresponding patents DE 1657 154, US 3430 798 and GB 1199 664, in which the closure cap is optionally pressed axially onto its container neck and by lateral twisting can be easily removed from this again. Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Ausführungsform zeigt einen nur teilweise dargestellten Behälter 1, der einen im wesentlichen zylindrisch geformten Behälterhals 2 aufweist, dessen im Durchmesser kleinere Ausgußöffnung 3 koaxial dazu angeordnet ist. Der Außenumfang des Behälterhalses 2 trägt zwei diametral gegenüberliegende, nach außen vorragende Vorsprünge 4, deren jeweilige äußere Begrenzungslinie 5 in einer Ebene quer zu deren gemeinsamen Längsachse einen Kreis bildet. Die Stirnfläche 6 jedes der beiden Vorsprünge 4 weist in ihrem mittleren Bereich eine im wesentlichen zu der Achse 2a des Behälterhalses 2 tangential verlaufende, nach außen vorspringende Rippe 7 auf. Die zum Behälter 1 zugehörige Verschlußkappe 10 trägt einen inneren hohlzylindrischen Fortsatz 11, der sich koaxial zu deren äußeren zylindrischen Wandung 12 erstreckt. Die Innenwand 13 des hohlzylindrischen Fortsatzes 11 trägt zwei diametral gegenüberliegende, radial nach innen vorspringende Führungselemente 14, deren Längsrichtung jeweils parallel zur Achse 15 des inneren hohlzylindrischen Fortsatzes 11 ist. Das dem offenen Ende 18 des hohlzylindrischen Fortsatzes 11 zugewandte Ende 17 jedes Führungselementes 14 weist als äußere Begrenzungslinie 19 einen halbkreisförmigen Bogen auf, wie aus der rechten Hälfte der Fig. 2 besser ersichtlich. An der Innenwand 13 sind weiterhin nahe dem offener« Ende 18 zwei radial nach innen vorspringende, in Bezug auf die Achse 15 tangential verlaufende Rippen 20 diametral zueinander angeordnet, wobei eine Rippe jeweils in der Mitte zwischen den beiden Führungselementen zu liegen kommt. Die Verschlußkappe 10 trägt innerhalb des hohlzylindrischen Fortsatzes 11 einen koaxial dazu angeordneten ringförmigen Fortsatz 21, der an seiner Außenwand nahe seinem freien Ende einen radial nach außen vorragenden Ringwulst 22 aufweist, der bei auf den Behälterhals 2 aufgesteckter Verschlußkappe in Schließstellung sich dichtend an die Innenwand der Ausgußöffnung 3 anpreßt, wie in Fig. 3 besser gezeigt.The embodiment shown in FIG. 1 shows a container 1 which is only partially shown and which has an essentially cylindrical container neck 2, the pouring opening 3 of which is smaller in diameter and arranged coaxially therewith. Die Wirkungsweise ist folgendermaßen: Zum Verschließen des Behälters 1 kann die Verschlußkappe 10 auf dessen Behälterhals 2 axial soweit aufgedrückt werden, bis die Schließstellung erreicht ist, bei der dann jede der beiden Rippen 20 hinter die entsprechende Rippe 7 federnd eingerastet ist und dadurch die Verschlußkappe 10 in axialer Richtung fixiert ist. Zum wahlweise öffnen des Behälters 1 wird die Verschlußkappe 10 (Fig. 1) durch seitliches Verdrehen in Richtung des Pfeiles 23 bzw. entgegengesetzt vom Behälterhals 2 dadurch abgedrückt, daß die äußere Begrenzungslinie 19 jedes Führungselementes 14 entlang der sich mit ihr in Eingriff befindlichen äußeren Begrenzungslinie 5 des in Drehrichtung nächstliegenden Vorsprunges 4 zusätzlich auch in axialer Richtung geführt wird. Hierbei wird zusätzlich zur Drehbewegung eine derart große Axialverschiebung der Verschlußkappe 10 in Richtung des Pfeiles 25 erzeugt, daß jede der beiden Rippen 20 jeweils über die entsprechende Rippe 7 hinweggezogen wird. Danach ist die Verschlußkappe 10 leicht abnehmbar. Durch diese konstruktiven Maßnahmen wird erreicht, daß der Behälter 1 einerseits bei der maschinellen Abfüllung in einfacher Weise durch axiales Aufdrücken der Verschlußkappe 10 dicht verschlossen und andererseits von einem Benutzer ohne großen Kraftaufwand durch einfaches Verdrehen der Verschlußkappe 10 manuell geöffnet werden kann, so daß letztere abgenommen werden kann und der Behälterinhalt anschließend wahlweise durch die Ausgußöffnung 3 ausschütt-r bar ist.The method of operation is as follows: To close the container 1, the closure cap 10 can be pressed onto the container neck 2 axially until the closed position is reached, in which each of the two ribs 20 is then snapped into place behind the corresponding rib 7 and thereby the closure cap 10 is fixed in the axial direction. Zusätzlich ist zur Materialersparnis die jeweilige äußere Begrenzungslinie 5' jedes der beiden am Behälterhals 2 angeordneten Vorsprünge 4' in einer Ebene quer zu deren gemeinsamen Längsachse statt als Kreis nur als Halbkreis ausgebildet, wobei die von der Ausgußöffnung 3 abgewendete Begrenzungskante 27 der Stirnfläche 6' im wesentlichen geradlinig verläuft. Bei einer weiteren.
