Abstract

Composición termoplástica que comprende una mezcla de: a- un polímero de poliéster alifático seleccionado del grupo que consiste en un polímero de succinato de polibutireno, un poliímero de succinato-co-adipato de polibutireno, un polímero de policaprolactona, una mezcla de tales polímeros, o un copolímero de tales polímeros; b- un ácido multicarboxílico que tiene un total de por lo menos 30 átomos de carbono, como por ejemplo ácido succínico, ácido glutárico, ácido adípico, ácido subérico, entre otros; c- un agente humedecedor, el cual exhibe una proporción de balance hidrofílico-lipofílico entre 10 y 40, es por ejemplo seleccionado del grupo que consiste en alcoholes etoxilatados, etoxilatados de amida ácida y alquil fenoles etoxilatados; donde la composición termoplástica exhibe un valor de viscosidad aparente a una temperatura de alrededor 170s Celsius. Esta composición es capaz de ser extruida en fibras que pueden formarse en estructuras no tejidas que pueden ser usadas en un producto absorbente desechable intentado para la absorción de fluidos tales como los fluidos del cuerpo.
