Abstract
La invención se refiere a compuestos derivados de 2,4-diamino pirimidina sustituida. El empleo de estos compuestos y sus sales como sustancias terapéuticamente activas, medicamentos basados en estas sustancias y su elaboración, el empleo de estas substancias como medicamentos y para la elaboración de medicamentos antibacterialmente activos, así como también la preparación de dichos compuestos y sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables y productos intermedios para su preparación. Se trata de compuestos de fórmula l (como por ejemplo: (E)-(RS)-3-[5-(2,4-diamino-pirimidin-5-ilmetil)-2,3-dimetoxi-fenil]-1-(1-fenil-1H-ftalazin-2-il)-propenona), en donde R1 significa alcoxilo inferior; R2 significa hidroxilo o alcoxilo inferior; R3 se selecciona entre H, CN, alquilo, inferior, alquenilo, cicloalquilo, biciclilo, arilo, heterociclialquilo; así como sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos.The invention relates to compounds derived from substituted 2,4-diamino pyrimidine.
